After 2 failed attempts of duplicating a gate key (it cost me $25 and travel time but I got a refund eventually) at Clementi Mall, I visited Caeg Specialist. They have a locksmith who was willing to serve even though it was near closing time at 8pm. She used an electronic Vanier caliper to make precise measurements of the master key. The right duplicate key was selected, copied speedily and it worked like a charm. Best of all, it took the locksmith about 5 minutes to get the job done and it cost me only $15. Well done and keep up the excellent work! 👍

Avoid if you can. Called twice to check on the general price for key duplication. Quoted around $200 plus for both times. Since it’s price competitive, decided to go down. When reached, they jack up the price to $400-600 range, gave excuses like $200 is general price. Mind you, $200 and $400 is a big difference. Don’t over promise and then do a bait and switch when potential clients arrive. Extremely unprofessional.

Reliable and reasonable service. They focussed on making efforts to repair first before insisting on changing the key. Aiping is very good in what she does. She fixed the problem with my BMW car key. She charged $15 for a repair when a nearby shop (in the same building who believe in scamming clients) insisted that I must change the key for around $400.

Gave me a working duplicate of a complex Mul-T-Lock key for a reasonable price. Another place in the same mall quoted $80+, they charged me $47 and the key was ready in 30 minutes and even let me know to come back if the key didn't work. It did, so no worries!

Don'y Waste Your time! I waited nearly 2 months and they tried 4 times but they still could not duplicate my Toyota car keys. Claimed that it was original and charged me $360 initially but after my research I managed to find out that it wasn't the original one so no wonder it wouldn't pair despite trying 4 times as I went to another dealer (Newton Keys @ Turf City- Look for Ben)the original from Japan only took less then 30 mins and the quality was exact the same as my 1st key as the one Caeg was trying to do for me was totally different! Maybe it was a blessing that they could not duplicate my keys!

I will give it a zero if there's such an option. They made me waited for 4 weeks for my duplicated car key and additional one hour to TRY TO SYNC the car key with my car but to no avail, giving a lame excuse that they ordered the wrong car key. Seriously? A duplicate car key "SPECIALIST" CANT EVEN KNOW IF THE CAR KEY IS CORRECT RIGHT FROM THE START??? If you want to try their services, good luck and they aren't even remorseful with the mistakes they have made
