Kes was very helpful! He helped me unlock one of the door knobs in my home. He was very easy and pleasant to talk to unlike some locksmiths who can be unfriendly. I highly recommend him! Great service and very professional.

We got locked in yesterday and called for help because even the manual key wouldn't open our Samsung digital lock. Out of the four locksmiths I WhatsApped, Infinite Locksmith was the only one to reply within 5 minutes. Not only was their communication incredibly prompt, but their pricing was also completely transparent. Kes arrived within an hour. Because we didn't want to risk getting trapped again, we decided to replace the lock entirely. Kes came back today to install the new digital lock, and the workmanship was excellent. He even went above and beyond by adjusting our door closer without us even asking—I didn’t even know that was possible! Communication remained clear and fast throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them for any installation or repair needs. Top-notch service!

Had enquired Kes and company for an emergency locksmith service as we could not enter our door. This was around 1230am. His services was prompt and he arrived as soon as he could to help my situation. I had contacted a few other 24HR emergency locksmith but no one was as quick to reply as INFINITE locksmith & digital lock. He even provided solutions if we needed to change our entire door lock system. Thank you once again for assisting us! Trust in their services!

I told the lock smith that my lock side cant open. Digital is ok. He said 200 to open. I did ask "any other charges" b4 he came. He just came Open it with a twist of a plier & disconnect my digital. This morning I cant open. Call him said dont use it... Ask him what can be done. He said he only open, dont repair. 200 is just to open. I did ask him what other charges beside open b4 he comes. He didn't say. So I presume if something not right he will see to it. Thats why I give a 2 star only. Just my bad luck to call this company. He should said he will come & have a look. I dont mind even pay him transport to check.

Excellent and professional service. Appreciate the clear communication and explanation of charges, even sending me a pic of the replacement lock and arriving at appointed time. I had to have my room door jammed lock removed and replaced. The original lock hole on my door was not done properly, likely leading to issue. Kes offered to drill it to size and I appreciated that there was no extra cost to the additional service. A very pleasant transaction. Highly recommend their services.

Fantastic job by Locksmith Kes who was patient in helping me break in my smart door lock as its mortise failed. My lock was abit complex and it was night time, he still completed in a professional manner under an hour without much disturbance to my neighbor with kids watching 👍

Broke my chiller key into half while forcibly trying to lock it. Search for locksmith in Carousell and tadaaa.. Infinite Locksmith was the 1st in the listing and from their portfolio and review seems promising. Whatsapp them directly and responded promptly. Within 30mins, they have reached my shop. For about 15-20mins, the servicing guy able to retrieve the broken key and it was such a relieve. Thank you for your prompt service, definitely a recommended one 👍👍
