We had a very stressful emergency tonight. The lock on our daughter’s bedroom door suddenly malfunctioned, and she was trapped inside the room. Even with the key, we could not open the door. Our daughter was frightened, and everyone outside was extremely anxious. We found this 24-hour locksmith through Google Maps and contacted him for help. He arrived quickly and handled the situation with great skill, professionalism and efficiency. He opened the door within a short time, allowing our daughter to come out safely. He also helped us replace the faulty lock with a new one to make sure the same problem would not happen again. Besides being highly skilled, he was also very friendly, patient and understanding of how worried we were as parents. His calm and professional manner made us feel reassured throughout the entire process. Our whole family is deeply grateful for his timely help. To us, he did much more than simply open a locked door—he helped our child and our family during a frightening and urgent situation. Thank you sincerely for your excellent service. Highly professional, reliable and trustworthy. We strongly recommend him to anyone who needs emergency locksmith or lock replacement services!

My husband’s key broke inside the lock and was stuck outside during midnight but Shawn saved the day. While other locksmith seized the opportunity to quote high, Shawn price is reasonable and most importantly, he is the only one confident that we do not need to change the lock as compared to others so we can still use our keys. He is humble, honest and friendly. His digital lock quotes are also reasonable. Will definitely engage him again without hesitation if the need arises

Had an emergency late at night when my digital door lock wouldn’t open, and we urgently needed help. Gave Shawn a call and he picked up immediately. Within just 15–20 minutes, he arrived at my place and managed to fix the issue efficiently. Despite it being around midnight, he was super patient, professional, and even took the time to explain what caused the problem. He gave useful tips on how to avoid it in the future and recommended the right type of battery to make the lock last longer. Really appreciate the fast and reliable service, especially during such an urgent situation. Highly recommend Sean if you’re ever in need of a trustworthy locksmith!

I have to say thanks to Shawn saving me and my family from staying apart because of a faulty door knob install previously by another handyman. Not only price is reasonable , the workmanship plus knowledge and skill one of the best. I tried giving extra cash but he wouldn’t accept. Honest living person. 👍

I got locked out of my Master bedroom and didn't have any key to unlock the door. Hence I called Weian locksmith. The service provider was very prompt in picking my call and made his way to my unit with an hour. Explained in detail on what is the issue and even recommended to get the door knob changed instead of replacing the entire door. Highly recommended with 2 thumbs up
