Literally got my own custom PC within 2hours. The seller was so friendly and gladly guided me throughout the whole process. He kept things transparent and easygoing which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Also 24/7 is legit. Went to them at around 1am to get my custom PC built on the spot and tested in front of myself. Super friendly Super efficient Super transparent 10/10 would recommend

It’s been a great experience dealing with them. I first contacted Catherine because my old PC was having issues. I had actually purchased my previous PC from them about 8 years ago, and I’m glad to see their customer service is still just as great. Kenneth patiently went through the issues with me and explained the best course of action. After discussing my options, I decided it was time for an upgrade. He recommended a setup that offered the best balance of value and performance based on my needs, without any hard selling. Everything went smoothly, and I received my new PC just a day later. Sam was also very helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. In the end, I also decided to upgrade to a new MSI QD-OLED monitor, and I’m really happy with the complete setup. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Kudos to Catherine, Kenneth, Sam, and the entire team for the excellent service! Highly recommended.

absolutely LOVEEE my new pc. brought in an old one with issues to repair, but ended up trading in and got a new one instead. boss is so kind and helpful, asked lots of questions to allow me to personalised my build (colour, what i need and use, size, aesthetics, etc.) and i ended up loving the end result!! even after receiving the pc at home, they will check in to make sure everything is running smoothly and to helped with my issues faced. they’re super patient in teaching you what you’re unsure of too!! they’re also super fast - went in at around 1pm and received my new pc by delivery at abt 7pm the same day! would highly recommend for those looking for pc or pc parts to upgrade!!

I recently got a RAM upgrade from Catech Customs, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. The seller was responsive, honest, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary things. Pricing was very reasonable definitely one of the better deals I found. They also helped with the installation, which was quick and professional. After setup, everything worked perfectly my system is now running 32GB at 3600 MHz with no issues at all. Overall, really satisfied with their service and value. Would definitely recommend Catech Customs if you’re looking for reliable and affordable PC upgrades.

purchased my customize PC iin 2021 dec end . never had the time to send for servicing. yesterday contact via whatsapp to arrangement for the date for servicing everything was smooth and service is great. They will not try to upsell you anything. all you need to do is let them know what you looking to run and your budget and they will recommend you. hearsay alot of returning customer too. give this place a try !

Excellent customer service. "Same-day" delivery. Built was excellent. Help with my water cooling solution and effectively improve my speed from 4.2 Ghz to 4.9 Ghz. Enforced my personal preference of no LEDs.

I've been using their systems for almost 5 years now - the best part about their service is the hassle and fuss free servicing whenever I face any issues. I actually just went over to pick up a PC case but while waiting, struck up a conversation with Kenneth and Sam at their premises. Both of them were both knowledgeable and honest in their assessment of the PC build I intended. Very polite too as they even offered me drinks and jokingly asked if I wanted to stay for the night while I was sitting on their sofa waiting for The Wife to come pick me up. Whilst waiting, we recalled the good old games we played as well as bitched about insane RAM, SSD and GPU prices. Kenneth also suggested more sensibly priced kit for my build while being mindful about my budget. Truly honest recommendations while taking into account my needs for the build. I would highly recommend them if you need a unique custom build or just looking for parts.

was contemplating to buy my second pc in 7 years from 3 different pc shops from the web till i came across this shop on carousell. as someone with some background knowledge about pcs, i curated a list of the specific pc build that i wanted and sent it to them. i was met with a reply within a few minutes from sam who rated my list and gave me a few suggestions to replace the parts he thought was too overkill so as to lower my budget. from then i knew he was very knowledgeable with pcs and was someone i could trust to build my pc with. shortly after came over to discuss the parts and deposited some money first. i told them to take their time as i wasnt in a rush for the pc. they even informed me that i could come down everyday while they to see my pc being built step by step. even while taking their time, they finished a fully custom watercooled pc in 4 days. they were very efficient, quick and meticulous with the pc building. everyday they would send me pics and vids of every building process. honestly goated shop, highly recc. just a bunch of dudes who are knowledgeable and skillful in their craft and push to downsell you as hard as possible (unlile some prebuilt shops yk...) while still giving alternative parts to ensure your pc can run exactly what you need it for. thank you sam and kenneth from catech customs! i will definitely recommend my family and friends who are interested in getting a pc here.

I've actually been getting my com upgrades and whole new PCs at Catech since 2017. Since then, I've had several upgrades, introduced my then girlfriend (now wife), and recommended them to my friends, family, in-laws, family friends, and more. Every single person (including myself) has been more than happy with what we got, and our PCs always work flawlessly. If we ever face an issue, we know support is always available, and if it's a hardware issue, Catech has great warranties on components. Yesterday, I brought one my PCs over for an issue that started after 4 years of abuse, dropped it off at Catech, and it was resolved within an hour. Writing this review now with a flawlessly working PC in front of me, that looks and runs just as well as it did the day I first got it 4 years ago. Thanks, Kenneth and team! Had a great experience with Kenneth. Going in to the build, didn't really have an idea of the aesthetics of the build but knew I wanted something minimal. Kenneth went above and beyond with keeping me updated with live updates as the build progressed. Extremely impressed with the build while having some rgb but still somewhat minimalistic.
