Jerome came out to fix my PC and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was friendly, professional, and got straight to the point. He quickly figured out what was wrong and had everything sorted much faster than I expected. What I really appreciated was how easy he made the whole process. He explained what the issue was without all the technical jargon and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in doing a good job. Overall, it was just a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Great service, quick work, and a nice guy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jerome to anyone needing computer repairs or technical help.

Technician mistreated my pc parts forcing my cpu cooler and gpu in harshly instead of troubleshooting properly. I also did not get what i was told was included such as undervolting and the setting of fan curves. Cable management was horrible and case fans were even plugged in wrongly leading to extremely high cpu temps(exhaust was plugged into intake fan header). When i asked for a refund they rejected me. Technician was also very rushed leaving before helping to configure bios and make sure everything on the software side is working. This is not how a “premium” pc builder should behave. Reply : I would not trust you guys to work on my pc anymore and yes i did mention undervolting to your technician

I had a bit of a rollercoaster experience with Deluxe PC. I initially found them on Carousell, and their near-instant response to my initial enquiry was a pleasant surprise. I engaged them for a thermal paste replacement and deep clean scheduled for the following Friday. Fast forward to Thursday, and I didn't hear from them the entire day, despite being told I would receive a confirmation. It was only at 12:30 am on Friday that I was informed of a last-minute cancellation. While they were polite and apologetic, the late notice was a major issue as I was travelling soon after and would be unavailable for a long time, making alternative arrangements incredibly difficult to secure. After some back-and-forth, including a 10-hour silence that felt quite unprofessional, we compromised on an appointment late Monday evening, 30 minutes past their usual final timeslot. And honestly, getting to this resolution felt like pulling hen's teeth. While I understand that unexpected issues happen in service industries, especially with people involved, the communication recovery felt begrudging, which left a poor initial impression. This soured further when I was contacted on both Sunday and Monday asking if I could take an earlier slot, despite already making it clear that I couldn't. By that point, I was feeling quite wary. However, the turnaround came completely when the technician, Syabil, showed up. He was professional, polite, and did a great job with the cleaning and CPU repasting. He took the PC apart, laid the components out methodically, and thoroughly cleaned the side panels, GPU, and the individual fans alongside the AIO radiator. Afterwards, he even vacuumed the dusty spot on my desk, replugged all the cables neatly, and waited patiently while I verified that my pc posted, checked the temperatures, and ran a benchmark. I have absolutely zero complaints about the actual technical service from Syabil, he was brilliant. Deluxe PC just really need to iron out their back-end communication and scheduling issues.

Had some issues with my PC and contacted Deluxe PC. Very prompt response and very easy to arrange for an appointment (Following day appt). The technician, Syabil, came down to troubleshoot my issues and even help with checking the drivers etc and explained to me the issues and what i may face moving forwards with the parts i have installed. He also informed me of ways to change/replace some parts in the future if need be. Great service and very prompt! 👍

Had a very pleasant experience with them. Told my technician, Jerome, of the situation and he was able to correctly diagnose what happen with my PC. He was very professional and even gave advices on what I can do for my PC. Definitely will find them again when my PC is down or when I am going to upgrade.

Did not repair my PC because unable to diagnose properly as PC too old. alr paid repair cost beforehand asked for partial refund but boss keep saying need to replace ram, motherboard CPU when i was told unable to diagnose properly. should have asked for specs before asking me to make payment if certain specs cannot be properly diagnosed
