Really the best CCTV provider I've come across - they are responsive, have amazing after sales service, and are genuinely some of the nicest and professional people you will meet. Engaged them to install 2 cameras earlier last year and sough their help to install a 3rd subsequently. Kim Hock is very responsive and answered my questions quickly. His two colleagues who came to do the installation each time were very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend! Very good customer service support, prompt responses and reasonable pricing. Camera 1 in Hall had connection issues suddenly. Even when I had mentioned that the unit was installed in 2018 and to replace it if necessary, Kim Hock checked onsite and replaced only the faulty adaptor keeping repair cost at lowest. Bought CCTV about a year ago from this company & was assisted by Kim Hock (sales person). He is very knowledgeable share with me and understand what’s my needs and better recommended me. Update: Yesterday i had some issue with the CCTV, due to some words being prompt up in my mobile app while seeing the cctv. I whatsapp him to let him know what issues i was facing, he immediately replied & offer to have someone to come on site to visit, due to the time constraints that i had. I asked for remote access to help me do some minor adjustment & the next day he took his time off to help me rectify this issue, even though it’s about time to knock off he still take effort and sounds pleasant to assist in the issue. I’m really grateful. Highly recommend to shop here for all your CCTV needs & look for kim hock. Thank you.

Bought an additional 5 CCTV cameras to augment the current system setup for me by my developers. The sales people were especially helpful and not pushy when it comes to their recommendations. They only recommended what they felt was appropriate and never tried to hard sell expensive equipment. Beyond that, their service was also impeccable. I had some issue with my cameras (my router’s fault) and Jay came and helped me troubleshoot it even when it was really late at night because I had to leave for a flight soon. This is what good service is all about!

Needed installation for CCTV. I’m impressed by the customer service by Kim Hock, he replies promptly to all my inquiries as this is the first time. As I required installation as soon as possible, he did his best to give me a time slot. Can’t remember the installer name but he's nice and share his knowledge on where to install the CCTV to maximize the angle and he takes his time to slowly teach me how to use the app and answer my inquiries. Highly recommend this shop to go for CCTV installation or accessories. I am satisfied with the whole service done by them. Thank you!

Excellent and very prompt service by Kim Hock. The product supplied is good quality and picture is sharp. I had several queries and some setup issues, which were all dealt with after office hours, since that was when we could be available on weeknights.
