Asked for quotation of move-out cleaning based on a recommendation from my landlord and had a very poor experience. The chat operator was unprofessional and not responsive. Initially she calculated the price based on the floor area information on their “database” which does not reflect my specific case, and treated me like a person trying to deceive them. She also misunderstood my question and unable to communicate smoothly since she replied only twice a day over two days. After I asked for discount, she started ignoring my message and I had to look for another service vendor (which offered 38% cheaper price and completed arrangements in just 40 minutes after multiple rounds of clarification). Only recommended for those who have plenty of time and money. Edit: Suppose it is from the same person; it was quite surprising that I received a timely and well-organized response to my review, as all I received during the inquiry was a series of short sentences without context. Here are some key facts I would like to share with readers for fair judgment. 1. I posted this review as an anonymous user with a handle name. However, she disclosed the customer’s name in her response without the customer's consent. 2. Their first quote was based on an incorrect estimate of the floor area, as discussed. After the clarification, they quoted a price $10 higher than the bottom price indicated in their brochure. I then asked if they could perform a $10 discount once and got no response. 3. I have posted 102 Google Maps reviews as of the day of the original post, and the distribution of my evaluation score is as follows (from 1 to 5 stars): 7, 6, 21, 36, 32, with a mean of 3.78 stars and a median of 4.0 stars. It is not true that I only give negative reviews to others.

My house looks amazing! and they are thorough, reliable, and sparkling house. The window frames are completely dust-free, and they even cleaned the difficult-to-reach spots. Extremely thorough, especially in the kitchen completely cut through the stubborn, sticky grease on my stovetop and cabinets, leaving them sparkling and absolutely not oily. Excellent service.

When they asked my come back and check, the kitchen sink was still has dark stains, then they sprayed solution and the stain was gone. The toilet floor also i found a great amount of dirt, i feel like the toilet floors were not even scrub at all. I feel the cleaning was just a wipe of everything. I could have done it by myself.

Got their help for formaldehyde removal and it was done so quickly. My levels dropped from 2.5 to 0.01. Price is decent too.

main admin was very accommodating, allowed us to booked a last minute slot. first round of cleaners didn't do a good job but they provided another round of cleaning a few days later. really pleased with the results after the second round. thank you!

First time doing post-Reno cleaning? Me too, and they really knocked it out of the park from start to finish. This one is pretty Zai. We went through a number of companies that we found on Carousell, and clean99 responded the fastest and honestly the nicest. Very professional, very transparent, and answered all our queries promptly and clearly. Their rates are competitive, since we did eventually hear back from the other companies, and the staff who did the cleaning we thorough and seemed seasoned. It really made the whole move-in after Reno much much easier. Can’t believe we almost did it all by ourselves. They’ve got the equipment and the teamwork, super on the ball and chop chop. They worked by living roll and kitchen for 2 whole hours. They’ve got their own pails and ladders and everything. Walls, floors, surfaces, windows, doors, inside the cabinets, all done well! There’s an add on where they have the laminate/vinyl cleaning scrubbing machine which removed that nasty layer of concrete dust. We were supposed to add on this special cleaning service if our toilet walls still had cement grout stains, but they accessed it and said no need. At the end, you are allowed to say PASS or NO PASS, so if you think it’s not clean enough, they can do a certain section before paying the final half (since the first half is deposit). In our case, we said no need cos it’s already very good haha. I really appreciate their professionalism and quality. I think you can see from the many other reviews that this is a place you can trust. I’m letting my friends know about this company when they do renovation too.

Booked a really rushed last minute appointment. Wonderful customer service, Clara was patient with my enquiries and very meticulous with her team. 4 cleaners were assigned to my post-renovation cleaning for a 5R HDB apartment, most corners will taken care of except for just a few spots where rectification was done after we pointed out. Workmanship was great, prices were on par with the market, will recommend.

In my case, the team came in the form of 4 ladies. From the time they started until the very end, which was close to 4 hours later, they worked very hard to clean every knook and corner. They came well-equipped with the necessary tools. (Another company who quoted much cheaper offered a $40 discount but upon making the appointment, suggested that they come at 2.00 or 3.00 pm. When queried how will they be able to finish in time, since they may only have 2 to 3 hours to do it, they could not give a good answer.) On closer inspection, there was never any spot left with dusts, even in the toilets, everything was wiped clean and washed. Almost every single thing was wiped clean as there was no more traces of dusts which accumulated during my home toilet renovation. I am very impressed with their dedication, hard work and commitment. Thank you to the team for a job well done.

Horrible experience and service. Returned my spotless curtain with stains. Offered us 100$ discount to seek for alternative cleaning when the charged 210$ per wash. Collected for second cleaning and returned with holes! Promised to reimburse but only want to replace with their partnering unknown vendor, with the audacity to reply that replacing a "branded" curtain is "unreasonable". Oh and their professional cleaning can't remove water mark on shower glass door. In response to your reply, i leave you a 1 star for your lack of apology, resistance to reimburse like-for-like curtain, the whole negative experience/time & energy wasted. And do you really expect your customer to still pay you the balance when you damaged the curtain which costs more than your service, without reimbursement? Oh now there is a solution to remove the water mark by paying more (than the "professional" cleaning) - unheard of when we fedback. The reply then was just the mark is too stubborn to be removed.

Upon the recommendation of a trust friend, I engaged the services of Clean99 to clean and restore a 1800 sq feet apartment in the East Coast. After a comprehensive survey done by a staff, I was quoted a very fair price and agreed to engaged them. It was a tough job but the team of cleaning staff did a great job. Clean99 has been prompt on their replies from the start. They were very accommodating and understanding with my irregular schedule and last minute changes and even waived several add ons/penalties which saved me heaps. The staffs of 5 who were tasked to my unit were very efficient. Each of them performing individual duty like clock work. Since the floor scrubbing were not able to remove most of the post ID marks, Clean99 was kind enough to do Acid wash on my request on the same which took them till 9pm to complete and even waived off overtime charges past 6pm. Overall, impressive work by Clean99. Will definitely recommend them to others. Looks like we know who to call whenever its time for spring cleaning.

In all honesty, I am giving a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for the cleaning service! The communication with Clara has been terrific - She was responsive over text, understanding client's requirements, accomodating to my needs and being 100% accountable. The ladies who came over to clean my unit were pleasant, warm, friendly and hardworking. While there were small hiccups here and there due to peak period booking requests, however everything was remedied and rectified immediately. Paid $530 for post reno cleaning. Including ceiling and walls. What needed acid wash according to them only came out w some scrubbing and enzyme cleaner. Lots of places like corner of windows untouched. Not sure if there were more people before that but when I came back after they were done, seems like only one person was doing the cleaning. My service yard was quite dirty as if it never really got cleaned. Quite disappointed with the standard of cleaning. First photo was a simple wipe down with wet tissue by us. Edit: Told me that the review is detrimental to their business. However we as consumers also work hard for our income to afford things like these. Please understand that if things are done well and not in such a sloppy manner, this wouldn’t have happened. Edit 2: Was asked how much refund I wanted and gave me the % as per requested. The service recovery done by Clara was quick and professional. She was patient and assuring. She has made aware to me that the cleaner that did the job today will be going through another round of training to ensure it upholds to Clean99’s standard. I hope this will lead to further improvements. This shows that the company is sincere and does take complains seriously and is striving to do better. Edit 3: Other than those issues mentioned above, the cupboards, storeroom and vinyl floors were cleaned. Credit must be given when due.

It took me a week to decide engaging a company for my new cabinet formaldehyde & i am glad i found Clean99. The manager, David, came alone & did all by himself. I was not supposed to stay at home whilst the process was going on, so i went out. To my surprise David completed it within 1.5hrs & even waited for me till i return home. He even shared with me some good tips to further treat the formaldehyde which is really much appreciated. One again, Thank you so much David for sharing the photos & the excellent service.

Horrible service. After the cleaning, I went over to check and I took out my shoe. My feet totally black. The floor is not even wipe properly, the washing machine, has water inside, same for the fridge. Even the take over agent said that the cleaner didn't do a proper job. Be careful if you considering to take their service. When feedback to them, they want to charge us again for touch up.
