   Just had an awesome experience with Cleaning Monkeys Pte Ltd! They were super responsive, got the job done on time, and left my place spotless. Highly recommend! Would definitely hire them again.

   Engaged this company who offers grouting services and was guaranteed a 3 years warranty. Company came many times to patch the bathroom floor grout as it came out very easily (without even having to scrub the floor) because they used a product that is not meant for bathroom floor. See attached picture when I separately asked an online seller if this acrylic sealant product is suitable for bathroom floor and they said no. As a result, the grout came off easily without even scrubbing and my family couldn’t use the bathroom for months. The last service was when the boss asked their cleaner to come clean up the floor where the grout was applied in an untidy manner but their cleaner ended up removing the grout. Hence, I followed up to ask why did the grout come off so easily and there was no reply from the boss for a few weeks. I don’t wish to write this negative review and was hoping the boss will reply. I’m putting this up for the public awareness of the quality and service of work this company provided. It is very disappointing.

However, we would like to clarify that the silicone marks and issues raised were not caused by our cleaning services. These were the result of works carried out by external contractors engaged to change the WC coupling and pipeline components. As explained earlier, our warranty covers wear-and-tear related to our own workmanship only, and does not extend to faults or residue resulting from third-party contractor works. The AI research vs our AI research totally contradicts and it's usable for bathroom floor groutlines. We have served hundreds of clients without encountering such issues. Unfortunately, this case was unique due to the external contractor’s involvement, which was beyond our control and outside our service scope. Our team still tried to assist by inspecting and advising on the situation, but as the matter did not arise from our work, we were unable to take corrective action under warranty. We hope this explanation provides clarity for public viewers, as the current review may unintentionally mislead others without the full context.     Lorie from the team did an amazing job with my windows. There is an ongoing construction near my place and I have not been cleaning my windows for over a year. And I can see clearly now.. *sing* LOL While the work took abit longer than originally estimated, it was not rushed, and the results were excellent! I would definitely recommend her to others.

    Punctual and efficient, hard workers too. I think they are good for a high quality general cleanup, and perhaps do hire them before you start any painting/repainting of walls. I saw the amazing reviews and topped up for chemical clean, but there were still stains left on the floor and in the toilet. Also freshly repainted my walls a week before they came, but they did not lay protective sheet on my bay window when cleaning the windows - resulting in black footprint marks everywhere on my bay window. I texted their admin when I saw them from downstairs stepping on the bay window, and they said they would check but they still did not lay any protective sheet or even try to clean the marks off / repaint it in the end.

    Incredible results on my oven! I recommend this company so highly - the standard of work is the best I’ve had from any professional oven clean in Singapore.     Staff came promptly, however we are not 100% satisfied with the job as we thought it was not thoroughly cleaned, leaving dirt residues behind.. They seemed to be rushing through the cleaning and hence not a well done job. 2 cleaning staff, and I think 1 supervisor but the supervisor seemed rude and shouting (or talked very loudly to the staff, on the phone, and to my elderly father). Not sure what was his problem, but definitely attitude problem. Have used the toilet cleaning services twice.. outcome is so-so, but we engaged them to get the cleaning done. Previously did 2 toilets (kitchen & master bedroom), but this time only 1 toilet (kitchen)..

    Hihi, apology for the event. We have investigated the issue and understand the cause. Time limit was given for the specific services which was cleaning of bathroom only. When arrive home owner ordered additional task thay was to cut the silicon and remove the glass shower panel which was not in the order and our company has no specific licence to remove and dispose with safety for the shower glass removal. The supervisor arrive and have to scold the staffs on site due to the danger that poses a threat for safety of the team as they were not on special equipment to handle removal of shower glass additionally it wasn't the orders for the job description. The homeowner mentioned he'd pay additional as a tip to the team towards the supervisor and the supervisor responded it isn't about the dollars for the case and it was about the safety of the job description which our company don't meet the requirements. However the residue was leftover due to the time taken for cleaning was spent on trying to remove the glass panel. We have spoken to the homeowner as well that we apologize if we couldn't remove the shower glass panel due to different class of job descriptions. We have to follow the safety practices of NEA given our business has attained BizSafe3. We hope our customers do not abuse the company review site based on the events that happened on site that don't satisfy their additional order that our company didn't meet.

    Brother Zai did a great job!!! No amount of scrubbing and engaging part-time cleaners could make my bathroom floor near spotless. Showed my son that this is the level of cleanliness I want him to maintain. Definitely worth it.
