   CleanQ's team of 6 carried out the Floor Deep Cleaning for my vinyl flooring as well as Post Renovation Surface Wipe down for my BTO flat. They did a great job getting rid of the debris and dust from a typical post-reno BTO flat. They did a pretty thorough job and had good attitude. I'll highly recommend their services and would engage them again. While there are some stubborn stains here and there that cannot be removed completely due to the original bad state, they did their best already. Overall, I was very happy with the result.

   Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that our deep cleaning service didn’t perform the miracle of reversing years of wear and tear. As explained before the job, the service quoted was for cleaning, not restoration or stains removal. While we used a commercial grade scrubber, no scrubbing machine can remove permanent stains or restored aged flooring. We delivered the scope of work as quoted using only safe products rather than harsh chemical that could risk for further damage. We hope this help future customers understand the difference between cleaning and making it brand new.

   I was initially hesitant to engage CleanQ because of the recent post renovation L* company saga but I am really glad I went with them. I engaged them for both the deep floor cleaning and surface wipe-down services. Jasmine, Yao and CleanQ team were very thorough. I left them to do the cleaning and they called me when they were almost done so they could walk me through the unit before they left. I would especially like to thank Jasmine and Yao. Both of them were meticulous, took the time to make sure everything was cleaned properly and was super patient throughout the walkthrough. They may not be the lowest-priced, but I honestly felt it was money well spent. Very happy with the experience!

    seldom leave negative Google reviews, but our experience with Joey from CleanQ's formaldehyde removal team was honestly one of the worst service experiences we've ever had. We booked CleanQ's formaldehyde removal service together with a post-renovation deep cleaning, as it made sense logistically to have both services done together. Our ID had engaged their cleaning services before, and we wanted to give a try to their formaldehyde removal service. First issue was that we were only informed by Joey on the day of the appointment that the formaldehyde treatment should not be wiped down for 7 days after application and that it could potentially interfere with glue or carpentry works during that period. This was critical information that should have been communicated much earlier, as we had wallpaper installation scheduled 4 days later and furniture deliveries arriving shortly after. Naturally, we wanted clarification on whether these plans would be affected and whether the treatment would have any impact on materials such as natural leather furniture. The biggest issue was instead of explaining or addressing our concerns professionally, Joey appeared visibly irritated and rolled her eyes at us multiple times. We asked our ID to speak with her to clarify scheduling and availability, as our intention was to proceed with the treatment and simply delay our subsequent carpetry works if necessary so the formaldehyde team don’t make a wasted trip. However, the situation only became worse. During the discussion, Joey repeatedly raised her voice, rolled her eyes and was visibly impatient and rude. In fact, one of her colleagues repeatedly apologised to us on her behalf, which speaks volumes about how the situation was being perceived even by her own team. When our ID attempted to call her to resolve the matter, and she hung up on the ID while she was still at our unit. Ultimately, we decided not to proceed with the formaldehyde removal service—not because of the product itself, but because of Joey's behaviour. If this was the level of professionalism shown before the service had even started, we had no confidence in what the experience would be like during or after the job. —————— Edited in response to Owner’s response: Thank you for your response. As a service provider, being respectful and patient when addressing customer queries is a basic expectation. Unfortunately, your reply reinforces our concerns rather than addressing them. To clarify, our interior designer engaged your cleaning services, which were carried out without issue. Our complaint was specifically about the conduct of the individual who attended to provide information regarding your formaldehyde treatment service. Our ID had not regularly engaged your formaldehyde treatment service unlike the cleaning services and was equally surprised by the manner in which our questions were handled. The issue was never about whether information was provided to the ID beforehand, but rather how reasonable questions were responded to during the appointment itself. Your response focuses heavily on communication channels and responsibility, yet does not address the behaviour that formed the basis of our feedback. We maintain that customers are entitled to ask questions about a service being recommended or performed in their home, and those questions should be met with professionalism and courtesy, not impatience , eye rolling and rudeness.

During the appointment, when concerns regarding your renovation schedule arose, we explained the treatment requirements and the reasons behind them so that you could make an informed decision. However, the scheduling conflict resulted from arrangements between yourself and your ID, not from any lack of communication on our part. Regarding your comments about our staff's attitude, we respectfully disagree. Our staff remained professional throughout the visit despite being spoken to in a raised voice.     Excellent experience with CleanQ Pte Ltd The cleaners are extremely professional and clearly very experience. They didn’t just do surface cleaning — they knew exactly what to clean and where attention was needed, even in areas most people would overlook. Every corner felt thoughtfully taken care of. What really stood out were the small details. Things like light switches, inner door frames, and even the top of the fridge were all thoroughly cleaned. These are areas that are often missed, but they handled them without needing any instruction. On top of that, they even took the extra effort to move my table to clean behind and underneath it, then carefully placed everything back in position. The floor beneath was spotless — that level of thoroughness is rare. The overall result was a home that felt genuinely fresh and spotless, not just “tidy.” You can tell they take pride in their work and maintain high standards.     A big thank you to the CleanQ team who did a fantastic deep cleaning job and formaldehyde treatment at my new two-bedroom apartment today. The team is professional, very meticulous and efficient in their work and they cleaned every nook and corners. They did a great job with cleaning all the carpentry shelves, drawers and cabinets. I was very impressed with the super clean floors and the shiny glass panels at the balcony and windows. During the course of the cleaning, they also identified and alerted me of some defects so that I can take it up with my contractors. The team's thoroughness and commitment to quality is remarkable.     I compared a few post renovation deep cleaning vendors and decided to go with CleanQ due to their competitive pricing and comprehensive cleaning coverage. Support was seamless on WhatsApp, the team arrived on time and were super meticulous. It was a team of 6! They ran through the steps and methods of their cleaning and invited me to see how they did things in case I have any questions. They inspected everything they cleaned and also pointed out defects or scratches I would need to notify my contractor about which saved me time on a full house inspection myself. I left them after awhile and they let me know when they were 30 mins from completing the whole house. Upon completion, they walked me through the whole house in the handover. The house feels and smells so clean now and their staff are top notch. I absolutely 100% recommend CleanQ!!

    I engaged CleanQ for a post-renovation cleaning & formaldehyde treatment for my 4-room resale flat and was thoroughly impressed. The crew members worked tirelessly for several hours.     Had a bad experience with CleanQ. One of their workers arrived late, was not apilogetic and all and slowly walked in laughing and joking with the other workers. After cleaning was done, found obvious patches of dust on glass door frame where cleaning had not even been done properly. Saw stain on glass and requested them to help try clean again, they rolled their eyes at me and insisted that stain is there because of prior treatment and cannot be removed without trying again. Feedback via whatsapp after and all i got was a "thanks for the feedback", no further form of rectification. Poor service attitude, zero aftersales. Engage at your own risk because i regret.

Your concerns were only brought to our attention two weeks later, on 26 July. By then, the unit had already been handed over and in use, making it difficult to determine whether any issues reported were part of the original scope or due to subsequent use. We seek your understanding that expecting a touch-up after such a time gap is outside our usual afterservice window. 3 Crew and Attitude:
We acknowledged that one of the crew member was late, our onsite supervisor had apologised onsite and we deployed additional team members, totalling five crew on-site to ensure the cleaning quality was not compromised. Regarding the claim that our crew “rolled eyes,” we would like to clarify that no such incident occurred during the handover, and all interactions were professional.     Engaged them for my post reno cleaning. I would say the service is generally decent. However, for a $800+ package charge that included floor and surface wipe down, with kitchen and service yard floor deep cleaning, I expected better results. There were still many paint stains on my door frames, window frames, floors and skirtings. When questioned, they said they do not use harsh products. A very convenient reason to use. While I understand, some of these paint stains can be easily removed by scratching it with finger nails. To me, it seemed like a lack of effort. Make sure to also check areas thoroughly before letting them go off. Once they go off, they will not be able to come back to clean again. I honestly expected better results for paying $800+. Would have tried another company instead, because stains are something that is the most time consuming to remove, and I’m paying a hefty sum for that so that I don’t have to do it myself.

While our team does make reasonable efforts in removing the stains, there are limitations on what we can safely removed. In order to protect all surfaces, our team adhere to safe cleaning methods that prioritise safety and preservation of surface materials. While using fingernails to remove paint stains may seems feasible, this method can unintentionally damage delicate surfaces and finishes. For this reason, we strictly refrained from using fingernails, scrappers, or harsh chemicals. We recommend that any paint stains be reported directly to your painter, as it may falls under rectification related to painting work rather than post renovation cleaning.     I am so pleased with the post Reno service package by cleanQ!!! The crew arrives earlier, give me a phone call before that to arrange the exact timing. They are so professional to go through the details first and start cleaning very thoroughly. During the course of cleaning, if they detect any areas and the Reno works not done properly, they will alert me immediately!!! After the job done, they will bring me one round for the handover and let me know the areas that are unable to clean. Their deep cleaning of the floor and grouting is highly recommended, I can sit on the floor immediately after that!!!     This is a GOOD honest company. They are quick to respond. Professional. They don’t sell you services you don’t need. The first time round they came as scheduled and on time, but seeing we still have renovations work happening, they actually propose to leave and come back another time at no cost. Second time round, they came as schedule and as usual, on time. Manpower they deploy was sufficient, they work effectively and detailed. Joey personally attended to all our concerns and requests, she and her team were attentive and detailed in a aspects of her service and she was truly concerned about our well-being and ensure that she tried her best to address any concerns we had.     I engaged CleanQ for their post-renovation clean up + Formaldehyde removal services. I love my experience with CleanQ through and through! From the beginning when I was enquiring on their services, they have been responsive, transparent and helpful in helping me understand their works and deliverables. On the day of their service, they briefed me on what they will be carrying out, and what I can expect from them during handover. Before starting the work, they did a general walkthrough of the unit with me, to spot defects left from renovation Such as chemical stains from turpentine/thinner on cabinets / floor tiles. Upon handover, they provided me the time and space to look through their work, and to point out any part which need further cleaning (which is almost close to none). They are not at all rushing to get paid or leave my unit to wrap up their day, but instead, stayed with me for another 1.5h, just to educate me on how to maintain cleanliness with the right and responsible usage of cleaning detergents and methods. I'm thankful to meet CleanQ, Joey and her team of superstars!! 100% recommend!

    Engaged CleanQ for a post reno deep floor cleaning and was impressed with their prompt response to my request of getting the floor cleaned before our furniture comes in. Also, I appreciated the fact that they would keep me updated of their progress and also give a grace of between 30-40mins prior to their arrival. And I wasn’t disappointed with what they did. The floor feels really clean and there is a difference before and after. You can really feel the cleanliness. I’d recommend them for your post reno cleaning!

    Engaged the team for our post renovation cleaning and vinyl deep floor cleaning and we are beyond happy with our decision to do with CleanQ. They were extremely professional, bringing along their own cleaning tools and agents to work effectively. Not only that, everyone on the team was extremely meticulous in their work. They really cleaned every crevice possible, wiped down every corner and surface very well; even the skirting that had paint marks.     Chose CleanQ after comparing quotations and scope of work provided against several other company. Engaged them for deep clean + post Reno wipe down. The crew were on time, and extremely professional. They were very meticulous and spent a great amount of time at each area such as wardrobe, cabinets, even the grooves along my sliding door. The deep cleaning of my tiles is also very effective. There was no dust when I ran my finger through the grout. The dust was stubbornly there no matter how hard I scrub previously. Post cleaning, they even spotted a few reno defects that we overlook previously such as stains on the carpentry and tiles. Will definitely recommend others for their professionalism!
