After coming across DDQ on TikTok, I recommended their services to my dad, who needed help after his landlord had sadly passed away alone at home. The uncle had no known family or next of kin, so it was truly heartening to know that DDQ was willing to step in promptly and even extend a discount for such a situation. There was an emergency at my parents’ home and I needed help at very short notice to assist with the cleaning as it was definitely not a task that we could handle on our own. A quick search led me to DDQ when another company I tried to contact did not pick up my calls at all although they were supposed to be 24/7. Rahman responded almost immediately and I was so relieved that they could assist me with my request. As it is, I had other worries and fears and it was a such a great relief to have the cleaning issue checked off my list. Within 40 mins, everything was set and arranged. They also arrived on time as promised and instead of diving straight into what they had to do, he first asked about my mother and if she was ok. Genuine concern from a stranger who didn’t have to know what was happening was really touching. Super professional, discreet, and respectful service from the team. Engaged them for deep cleaning services for bathroom which included mould treatment, removed cigarette stains as well repainted all over the ceiling. it took one full day considering this was for master bathroom size but the results were very satisfying and the tiles looked as good as new. Additionally before I approached DDQ, we were rejected by 1 other vendor due to extreme mould condition. thankfully found them on TikTok and decided to ask for a quote. highly recommend to look for DDQ for proper mould diagnosis, prevention and treatment. very friendly staff as well.

When my late aunty passed away, we engaged a funeral company that offered an after-death cleaning package as an add-on additional service together with their funeral services. At that time it seemed convenient and more affordable, so we decided to take the package thinking everything would be handled properly. Unfortunately, after the cleaning was done, we noticed that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Some areas inside the room were left untouched, and there were still maggots present with visible crawling blood / bodily fluids trails left across the floor. It was very upsetting for the family to see this, especially during such a difficult and emotional time. I chanced upon DDQ Services while searching for a local Hoarding Disposal Service for my late father-in-law's HDB unit. Honestly, I have no idea on how to go about with the arrangements as Myself and family were too emotional with the passing of my FIL. I contacted DDQ Services and had a lengthy discussion for the unit. I am so glad that I was able to leave everything to them, i.e: hoarding disposal, thorough deep cleaning and painting of whole house. The day came and seeing the team coming on time and well prepared, we were really overwhelmed with emotions. They made sure that we understand their work flow and took every care to ensure that they handover any documents, money etc that we missed. It's very very amazing how they kept to their schedule and disposal was completed within a day. Cleaning was the most impressive for us. Never did we thought they took effort to clean every inch of the house even to the top of door frames, windows, interior of cabinets and such. For the longest time that was the first time we saw a clean house. Painting was also a breeze completed within another day. The entire job was from 17-20 January 2026. I engaged DDQ Services to help with the decluttering and disposal of my aunt’s home that was filled with things from her years of hoarding. It was a taunting task but DDQ was able to complete it efficiently within 2 days. Also deep cleaning on the third day. I also engaged them for fumigation and pest control services. I hope no one makes the same mistake I did. When my late uncle passed away, I thought I could handle cleaning his home myself. But the moment I entered, the smell of decomposition was so strong that neither my cousin nor I could even step inside. Out of urgency, we hired the first after-death cleaning company we could find without doing proper research. The quote was quite expensive, but we believed that was the standard price. Unfortunately, their cleaning quality was subpar. My uncle’s body had been found in the toilet, but there were still visible traces of bodily fluids outside the toilet area. They only cleaned the toilet itself — anything beyond that required additional charges. Even disposing of the items inside the toilet came with extra fees. After they finished, the smell remained strong. They told us it was “normal” and would fade in a few weeks if we ventilated the house. However, we still noticed maggots inside the unit, which clearly showed the place wasn’t properly cleaned. We decided to find another company and, after thorough research, we shortlisted DDQ Services. From the first contact, they were responsive, transparent, and professional. Their pricing was also more affordable than the previous company, yet the results were far superior. The smell was almost completely gone, and they carried out a thorough deep clean of the entire unit — not just the affected area. I could finally breathe in the space again. Facing bereavement and after death cleaning can be daunting. We had engaged another company to carry out decomposition cleaning but the service was disappointing; there was a lingering stench. We found DDQ services after a more thorough Google search. They are professionals in after death trauma cleaning. They suggested removing the parquet flooring on the affected area for a more in depth clean. This solved the lingering smell issue. We also engaged them for disposal and post disposal deep cleaning. Items were meticulously sifted during disposal, important documents and valuables were set aside. Post disposal cleaning was done very efficiently. Do not hesitate to engage DDQ Services if the need arises, don't make the same mistake as us for engaging someone else.

Ever saw the company video in the social media regarding their service. Never thought I need their help/service (23/6/25) on post trauma cleaning. During my call on enquiries about the cost of post trauma cleaning, never did they push hard on the cost. However to their most care, concern, helpfulness of the service they provide by asking information details for both parties to have a better understanding and a clear picture of the service they provided and the standard SOP. The team reach earlier and well prepared than what I expected. The team equipped with portable chairs and fans for a better ventilation and do make me feel at ease while waiting. The cleaning process took less than 2hrs. Once the cleaning was over the area was amazingly clean, sparkling, better air ventilation and smell was totally gone. Much respect and salute to the 3 young guys that do the cleaning with much care & respect.
