I had just moved in, but I was bothered by the musty smell of the built-in sofa, so I requested sofa cleaning.
Alex explained the condition of the sofa very carefully, and his work was precise. I was also grateful for the advice he gave me on precautions to take in the future.

Had to reschedule curtain cleaning as admin did not communicate well with her staff. Sofa cleaning staff was excellent. Curtain cleaning staff were not so thorough. Had to monitor and remind them to clean the bottom and back of curtains. Also had to ask crew to get a stool to clean one of the longer curtains - eventually he went to get the extension.

We live in a landed property with quite a number of curtains that needed cleaning. Our property agent recommended DUO NINI, and we’re really glad we went with them.
Thomas was our first point of contact and came down for the on-site assessment. The whole process was smooth and efficient from the start. Communication was fast, he answered all our questions patiently, and it was very easy to arrange the assessment. We also compared quotations from a few other curtain cleaning companies, and DUO NINI offered the best value for money.
Once we confirmed the booking, everything was well organised. Some of our curtains were sent for dry cleaning, while others were steam cleaned on-site after the dry-cleaned curtains were reinstalled.
Alex was the technician who handled our job, and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He was punctual, professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, and very meticulous throughout the entire process. Whenever he noticed small issues with the curtain hooks or fittings, he would do his best to help fix them. The work was also completed very efficiently.
What impressed us the most was his commitment to customer satisfaction. There were a few stains on the curtains that we hoped could be improved with the steam cleaning. Alex responded positively, and took the extra effort to clean those areas again on-site until we were satisfied with the results. We really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with both DUO NINI’s service and Alex’s workmanship. If we need our curtains cleaned again in the future, we’ll definitely choose DUO NINI again, and we’ll certainly request Alex if possible.

This feedback is for one staff (with visible pimples) who was inflexible and non customer oriented. I wanted to pickup my coat that was cleaned there and according to receipt, ready on Friday. I dropped by a day earlier and asked if coat was ready for me. She checked system and said Friday ready and expected me to return again on Friday. I was about to walk off when another staff intervened and requested her to go inside and pick up my coat!

This was the second time I engaged Duo Nini to clean the curtains in my condo (7 pieces of blackout curtains and 7 pieces of day curtains). The first experience was excellent and everything went smoothly. However, there were some hiccups for this second experience as 4 out of the 7 day curtains were torn. Duo Nini gave the advice to pressure steamed the black out curtains but to proceed with hand washing for day curtains. Unfortunately and perhaps due to the strong sunlight at my condo, the wear-and-tear of these curtains were unavoidable.
Nonetheless, I am in the opinion that this supplier still deserves a 5- star as they handled this issue with full professionalism which I truly appreciate.
They owed up to the mistake and offered to replace all the torn day curtains (with the exact fabric design) without any discussion and re-installed them for me based on the timeline I requested (6 days later).
Food for thoughts. Perhaps advisable to consider on-site steam cleaning of the curtains especially if they are used for a while and subjected to strong sun light.
Thank you Duo Nini for your professionalism. As you can see, despite this unfortunate incident, I appreciate how it was being handled by you/your company.

We have a good service & experience of moving house by using Duo Nini service even though a last min request to sent the whole house curtains total 17 pieces to dry clean from removing to clean & put back the house just within 2 days, and the workers are very professional & helpful to meet our requirement & deadline so we can hand over the house on time.
We also used the service of steam cleaning for our carpets & dry clean for winter jackets or comforter which they did a good job & price are reasonable.

Engaged them for leather sofa cleaning but the after cleaning results is same as before. It doesn't look like been deep cleaned with the way the guy try to scrub. Dark stains stil appears. I have engaged another cleaner before this and they able to clean it well. Don't recommend them for leather sofa cleaning, not worth it!!
