A team of 3 persons came over for 3.5 hrs to clean a 2 bedroom, 1100 sq ft apartment. They provided all the equipment and even had their own ladder. Everything was perfectly cleaned - including oven, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer. Some companies charge extra for some of these. Price was the lowest of the 7 companies I called & these were all popular companies. Highly recommend this company.

Engaged with professional cleaning prior move-in, 2 cleaners 3 hours. The apartment was empty so we require equipments to be provided and were quoted additional $120. One came in with a lousy vacuum and disposable mops, another came late (both via public transport)
Cleaning: All surfaces are generally wiped with cloth, but nothing above that. None of the staff are trained (not even at a regular maid service level), barely speak any English, full of attitude when I request for reclean of the glasses. I walked in the apartment barefoot for 10 minutes post-cleaning (2.5hrs into the job when they said "all done please check") and my foot were full of visible dirt. Showed it to them and they offered to mop the apartment all-over again. Touched the bathroom top with my hand, felt very sandy, requested one of them to touch, and she said this was not done by her (but the other staff).
Booking process: chatted via WhatsApp, very pushy and requested 70% of the bill as down payment to confirm. Demanding confirmation and deposit, even called me several times when no instant-reply.
Overall: a stressful experience and we would rather pay a little more for "real" professional cleaning rather than going budget next time.

For hygiene purposes, we use disposable mops for each cleaning session and do not reuse them. We also use fresh cloths and wipes with every visit. Additionally, our vacuum cleaner was in good working condition during your service.
We reached out to you because you requested an urgent cleaning either that same day or the following day. Please note that taking a deposit is part of our standard procedure to confirm bookings and ensure availability.
