We started using amahs service since last year. Because we are a small household and travel often. So we used their ad-hoc session such that we only activate them when we r free. They r prompt in response. All the servicing staff are efficient and hard working. We usually go out for meals and they clean unsupervised. Without fail, they surprised us with the throughout cleaning and final steller results. Items are placed back to the original positions. Rebecca, the liaison person for me leads well and the end result is her superb team. Try it!

Cleaner Khaing & Yu were asign to my house. They do an excellence service on the allocated time and vleam my floors, toilet, windows and kitchen exceptionally well and sparking clean. They also tidy up my place after cleaning and receive feedback well. I am totally satisfied with their service.

I want to say a big thank you to AOW for their professionalism. We have work with AOW for 2 condo spring cleaning and found them efficient and their fees are reasonable. My family have decided on bi-weekly cleaning after a major renovation. Special thanks to Rebecca , Nathan and the supervisors as they are always helpful. The team members are well - trained, including sales and accounting staff. I found their amahs takes pride in the cleaning work and they are thorough ! Thank you once again !

This is not my first time engaging AOWs to take care of my cleaning. Mr Nathan and his team of 5 Amahs did an excellent job in restoring cleanliness to my house and even in the toughest corners. I also noticed they took the effort to polish my wooden furnitures and bath fixtures. They were organised as a team and had a strategy coming in to get the house done in a matter of hours.

Amahs on Wheels has been our family's housekeeping company since 2020, and we have been very satisfied with their services over the years. The Amahs housekeepers have received very good training for the job and are respectful and efficient. Zar Zar, in particular, has been our housekeeper since March 2023 and is a wonderful Amah. She is always on time, very hard-working and efficient and is always very polite.

Have been with ah ma for a decade. And our conclusion is that, though their prices are slightly higher than the new players of $25/hr. We can fully trust their cleaning processes. We did tried other housekeepers from freelance to other service provider. Comparing to ah ma, most of the housekeepers out there have lack of basic hygiene knowledge. From crawling onto bed for cleaning bed frames to stepping on sofa to clean the sofas. Hence, not being able to get a live-in helper which invades our privacy, we decided to engage ah ma again for our weekly cleaning services. Peeps that need a trusted housekeeper can really give them a try.

On 28th May, we engaged amah on wheels for spring cleaning, they sent uncle Tan and crew. They are very professional and detailed. They make sure that every corner was cleaned. If they spotted anything that is not right, they will voice out and let us know. Everything is so well and prompt!

I have engaged them for adhoc and spring cleaning since 2008, and thereafter for regular weekly cleaning for almost a decade now. Their service never disappoints and the customer support is great. Our current regular amah Thet Thet has been with us for 3 years now. She is hardworking and cheerful. Even the hard-to-clean areas like bathroom sewer pipes look almost spotless under her care.

I have been utilising Amahs on Wheels since September 2023. Decided to have their service as we have shifted to a bigger house and help is definitely needed to maintain the cleanliness of the house as I'm busy with work and parents are elderly. I bump into this Company because apparently my own Company Office used Amahs on Wheels. So, it is just fated or they lucky that I didn't bother looking up other agencies or providers - I straight away contact them to come up with a Weekly Arrangement and a Cleaning Agreement. I contacted the Operations Team and they are responsive, helpful and meticulous. All payment reminders were handled by their Finance. Also nice people. They have assigned Amah Khaing to me and let tell you how hard working she is! Respectful, understanding, patient, helpful, diligent and how the people would say - she is NOT 'Ali-baba' kind. The Supervisor will bring the Amah to your place on Day 1 and see all the duties that need to be done. Then, me being kiasu and detailed - I came up with a Monthly Schedule what needs to be clean on Week 1, 2, 3 and 4. She can't possibly do ALL on every Week. It is just not possible with the hours she has with us per week. Khaing followed my schedule wholeheartedly. She will clarify if she is unsure. She shows respect and dedication to her tasks. Some minor errors are to be expected but all these are manageable and were corrected easily. Khaing is hardworking and the job gets done. My place is clean and if I spot some new areas, I can simply inform her and she will get it done. Amahs on Wheels is good in selecting their staff. Khaing is indeed a valuable asset to the Company as she does have basic English to communicate easily with us. She comprehends. She does her work diligently and doesn't even use her phone unless I'm the one trying to reach to her if I'm away while she is cleaning my place. Khaing is focused. Great job! I am happy to continue my Contract thus far and I do highly recommend their services to anyone. If for whatever reason, you do not feel comfortable or find that your Amah could be lacking - just share it with their Ops Team and they will find another replacement Amah for you. Service is commendable. Lots of luck and wealth for the Year 2025 to you guys!

I engage them annually for at least 4 years now to perform spring cleaning services for a 4 room HDB. They are on time for the cleaning time booked. They are thorough and receptive to feedback when things or areas need rework. Will continue to use their spring cleaning services for sure. They do need quite advanced notice in booking before CNY period.

The cleaner named Tin Nandar Lin is very helpful, effecient she followed instructions, and always smilling and jolly. They are on time too and after they clean they wash all the cleaning cloth they use and put back things properly.. easy to work with this cleaner.. highly recommended 👍

Just wanted to say that Amah Jamilah has been cleaning my apartment for years. I want to pay a compliment to Amahs on Wheels for providing high quality and reliable service. I am very fond of Jamilah and think she does a nice job for me week after week. I am always grateful to Amahs on Wheels for being supportive of my needs especially when I have not been in Singapore and giving me the flexibility to suspend services for a short while. I am always happy to reinstate and re-engage with a new contract. I have known the admin staff for years and they are fast and responsive. Jamilah is a superstar too!

I’ve been using Amahs on Wheels for a couple years now for periodic cleaning of a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We’ve always been very pleased with the level of care and detail put into cleaning our condo. I have to give a special shoutout to amah Jamilah who did our last cleaning because it was the most thorough job we’ve ever had since we’ve been a customer. It felt like a brand new apartment, and it was so nice to come back to a sparkling fresh home after a long day of traveling. Definitely recommend Amahs on Wheels if you need a cleaning service!

Amah has a team of professional trained cleaners. Friendly, polite and cheerful team with positive spirit and energy to perform their task. Each and every one was so efficient and dedicate to the task assigned by their supervisor, Marc, who also give a helping hand. Called them on 4 April 2022 for a quotation. After viewing the flat on 9 April 2022, did not hear from them anymore. Called them again on 12 April 2022 and they quoted nearly $1000 to spring clean a five-room HDB flat. The person I spoke to, Rebecca, did not bother to return call on quotes and cleaning job scope. Subsequently, I called two other cleaning companies. Both quoted reasonably after viewing. The company is not professional and not responsive. Very poor customer service.

I have booked moving out cleaning for my 5 room flat n paid more than $500 for professional cleaning. The company sent a team of workers n they were very fast n efficient. They brought everything - vacuum n all kinds of chemicals solutions. They even removed some rust stains on my floors. Will definitely use them again.

I had always been skeptical of such services but Amah On Wheels proved otherwise. The amah that was sent over did a splendid job and she seemed to know her way around my house although it was a foreign environment, 10 minutes in and I could be sure to entrust her with the service. She had even given us tips on how to manage household cleaning, great service imo!

They were very bad. The cancelled my contract because they had difficulty fulfilling it due to lack of manpower. Very rude and had big argument with me. I gave up after getting tired of fighting and wont recommend anyone to use them.

I used them a year ago and never remembered to write a review. They were bad, not horrible, but bad. All the mops and cloths were old and dirty. I don't think they retain any staff on long term. They just ask house wives who were not professionally trained to come when there is a job. The lead guy smelt like a cigarette butt. He didn't do any work. He was always outside smoking or talking on the phone. I will not use them again.

It’s not surprising the reviews are bad. I used them for a couple of months and here’s what really irked me. They don’t let their cleaners do your laundry, even starting your machine, citing some poor prior experience. So guess what, go find a company that does. One cleaning day as I was sleeping in before work, other than the regular cleaner, they sent male workers whom I have never met to my house. One of the supervisor were yelping loudly and then came and knocked on my door (when I had already told them not to disturb when doors are closed). You can imagine how unnerving it was having strange man in your house when you are sleeping. They sent two. They have a rule that if you missed a session and you want it make up, you need to inform them 2 weeks in advance. I did them a flavor by telling them when I am terminating their contract a week ahead and when I asked if they can make up a missed session on the next schedule cleaning day, they refused, even though they have the manpower. The reason they gave was once terminated, you are no longer in their system and missed session cannot be schedule for make up, so if you want your $93 session made up, you have to retain their service. That’s fine anyway, obviously they think they can treat their client that way anyway. So good luck.
