Grout seal review after 4 years of wear. Felt that the anti mould property was weak if consistent reapplication is needed. As can be seen, mould still able to make its way into the groutlines. If I can go back in time would likely not pay for service.

I received exceptional, professional service from Jay and his team. They offer great value for money and provided expert advice regarding my marble gum grout and overall unit works. Due to defects in another unit, Jay had to arrange a follow-up session to touch up four of my marble tiles for $200. He went above and beyond his scope of work by identifying these defects and pointing out the lack of floor protection provided by my main renovation contractor. Additionally, Jay provided extra sealant for our laundry area, as grouting that section isn't part of the standard kitchen procedure. A tip for others: ensure you engage their services before your washing machine is delivered, otherwise, you'll need to apply the sealant yourself

We had an amazing experience with Groutshield and cannot recommend them enough! After our renovation, we were disappointed with how the grout colour turned out and how quickly the toilet grout discoloured when in contact with water. That’s when we met Jay, one of the co-owners, who patiently explained how Groutshield works and what we could expect. The workmanship and service were excellent from start to finish. The end product turned out exactly the way we wanted — seamless, easy to maintain, and a huge improvement to our home. Jay also went above and beyond by coming back to help fix the grout after we had an air-con pipe leakage issue. Truly impressed with both the product and their before-and-after sales support. Groutshield made our house exactly how we envisioned it: clean, seamless, and cozy.

Contacted Grout Shield Singapore after observing that my HIP bathroom tiles had black sediments coming out from grout when applied water pressure. Comms with Jason and he is able to identify the problem and explain to us the solution offered. Quote provided was itemized, detailed and transparent with no hidden costs. Job done by on site supervisor, Aidil and thier staff was amazing. He is able to advise on the care and treatment of the grouting. We loved the work done and the end product makes it look like theres no grout tiling done. Even the surface feels smoooth. Truly worth every cents of their service and workmanship.

Had a fantastic experience with Jason and his team for grout shield work. Not only did they do an excellent job with the grouting itself, but their attention to detail was impressive. They spotted a few chipped tiles that we hadn’t noticed and informed right away, showing a real commitment to quality. The team’s response was prompt, and they went above and beyond by handling the touch-ups quickly and professionally. The end result looks amazing, and I’m so pleased with their thorough and efficient service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals!

They re grouted my bathroom floor, very professional and work quality completed was excellent. They are more expensive than other contractors who uses only cement, but value for money as they use different material. Recommended

Jason came by to access the condition of the grout to access if works can be done! (Unfortunately for us, our grout were the older ones so we couldn’t do the grout restoration) but i would still highly recommend trying out their service! 💯

Tried Grout Shield product 7 yrs ago and the shielding works for about 4yrs to both our toilets. Since shifted, we decided to shield the whole house. Jason and his staff accommodated our lived in condition and decided to carry out the works that took 2 days. The workers are professional and they moved every parts of the furnitures without troubling us. End result, the house is really nice now that the shielded grout matches our living. Forgot to add, before signing up, Jason provided on site trials to test suitability and will remove any tile grouts just to make their product effective for us.

Engaging grout shield was probably the best decision I made for my new house. Found grout shield through my BTO group buy and I am extremely happy to have found them to do grouting works for my whole house. Jason, Derrick and team provided top notch service throughout the entire process. During the site survey, jason recommended and provided his advice on the best grout colours to match my tiles. On the actual grouting day, Derrick and his team came down bright and early and started work. Their attention to details and professionalism was very very impressive. The team demanded very high standards for their work. They did the grouting, waited for it to dry, inspected their work and re-grouted areas that they think weren't so well-done (even though I thought it looks great already). Given that my bathroom wall tiles were rough, more attention to the grouting was required and grout shield offered to come down another time to touch up the grouting work and make it better, as it was not up to their own standards yet. During the second visit, grout shield touched up my bathroom wall tiles and also kindly helped to re-grout areas where the tiles were replaced, at no additional cost. Jason's partner also came down to supervise the works himself, and taught me how to take care of my rough wall tiles. He then offered a third visit just to make sure the grouting works for the whole house is all good after the house has been professionally cleaned. On the third visit, Derrick and his worker helped to look through my house and touched up areas where the grouting has chipped due to the ongoing renovation works. Grouted my place for more than a month and the grout is holding up extremely well, looking as good as new. While it is not a cheap process (across the industry), it is a worthy investment to keep your house looking new and clean. My parents saw our grouting, fell in love with how clean and well-filled it looks and have also engaged groutshield singapore to grout their default hdb tiles. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with groutshield singapore. Their impeccable service and attention to details, plus the high standards they demand of their work really made the overall experience extremely enjoyable and pleasant. For the amount I've paid and for the number of trips they came down and the end-result, it was money well spent and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about doing grouting for your place. (Included some photos I took of my place with the grouting works for different types of tiles, can barely see the grout lines!)

I am happy that I found Grout Shield Singapore Pte Ltd. Grout Shield Singapore Pte Ltd did an Awesome and very Professional job. Mr. Jay was very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and very attentive to details. In Sep, I first engaged Grout Shield for my living room and vinyl cleaning + Bona Shield for 3 bedrooms. I was amazed of the completed works. With the professionally done grouting, my living room white tiles looks very new and bright. My vinyl flooring was super clean and the Bona shield services definitely worth it! I was so thrilled with the results that I eventually called Jay again 6 days later to engaged them to groutshield my newly-renovated toilets and kitchen. I must clarify that my newly renovated toilets and kitchen are nicely done, but I think with the extra GroutShield of removing the existing grout and patch Davco + sealer, I am confident that the areas will look even nicer, neater and most importantly, easier to maintain. And I was right! Thank you Jay and your whole team. Thank you for your kind patience to my enquiries and your expertise is beyond words. Highly recommended!!

Jason from Grout Shield was extremely professional, reliable and kind. I was facing issues with rapid deterioration of my grouting on the first floor within months after renovation. So I contacted Jason who assessed that sealant was not applied after grouting. Consequently, the porous grout was absorbing dirt and water which quickly discolourized it. Besides providing his expert advise, he personally came on site to recommend suitable colour sealant for my tiles and even taught my contractors how to apply the sealant correctly with much patience and details. Amazing professionalism and generosity! Highly recommended!

Grouting works looks good and perfect. The toilets looks super clean like the 1st time we had done the reno in our toilet. Service was prompt and very professional. Good Job!.

Jason was very responsive and professional in his work. He was able to mobilize his team of workers such that his team is able to complete regrouting work for my entire house in 2 days as compared to another company which requires more days of work. Appreciated this as I have a tight timeline. He was also there for the handover when work was completed. Highly recommended!
