No regrets hiring Chowa Cleaning to deep clean our newly renovated home in Buangkok! We took their Complete Clean package which was reasonable for the high quality cleaning done (crew of 4 + their boss). The service was excellent, very friendly and their free defect check was a godsend which caught defects I missed. The boss was also very helpful and would recommend solutions for defects spotted. What impressed me most was that they went out of their way to accommodate a last minute change of the appointment date. Most companies would not have entertained or require an additional cost, but Chowa did the impossible and worked to find an alternative date just before our furniture were to be delivered. Sure they are more pricy but you pay for the quality cleaning, the customer centric service and value-added services. No regrets and more than happy to recommend them to our friends and family!

Extremely satisfied with the post-renovation cleaning services by Chowa! Joe, one of the owners, was physically present throughout the entire cleaning session, and was hands-on in the cleaning as well. There was a thorough run-through on what his team would clean before the start of the session. The updates on renovation defects that they spotted along the way was a nice touch. I could sense Joe’s sincerity in wanting to deliver high standards of cleaning, and his team really did deliver. The difference in cleanliness was stark. Thank you Joe and team!

Chowa Cleaning did a splendid job with my post-renovation cleaning. The whole process felt very thorough, starting with a proper pre-cleaning walkthrough and ending with a detailed post-cleaning check. Joe supervised the work personally and was also hands-on with the cleaning, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the job. He even helped to spot renovation defects, took photos to document them, and clearly paid attention to details beyond just making the place look clean. What impressed me most was how much care the team put into the final result. It was obvious that they genuinely wanted to make sure the house was properly cleaned and that I was happy with the outcome. The difference after the deep clean was remarkable, and the place really did feel sparkling clean. Very impressed with the service and attention to detail. I just had my deep cleaning with Chowa yesterday. it was so thorough and detailed that i wanna take the time to write a review for them tho there isn’t any benefits for doing so. both my toilets had a lot of stains (unsure issit from tiler or from epoxy grout, he said probably from the application and then the tiler or grout person didn’t clean their cloth properly and wipe the tiles causing alot of very stubborn stains) and Chowa team managed to clean out 95% of most stubborn stains. initially they told me they weren’t able to remove but they didn’t give up, when i came home i was pleasantly surprised they clean off so much of the stubborn stains. they spotted so many defects for the carpentry, windows and the whole flat that my husband and I didn’t realised. was really appreciate towards the whole team. very good job for the cleaning👍 they didn’t hard sell the formaldehyde treatement too. they checked the levels and said ours is higher than acceptable, but with some airing should be fine. I am not told to write a good review. But they honestly totally deserve the time and effort for me to write a review. Good job team. Thank you.

The team from Chowa was exceptional. The house was very dusty post renovation and the formaldehyde smell was quite strong. But the team was incredibly meticulous and went beyond my expectations to cleaning the house. Walking around the house feels so good now and the windows are so clean that it looks as though there aren’t any glass at all. Highly recommend and thank you so much to the team!

Engaged Chowa Cleaning to do post-reno, deep cleaning and formaldehyde treatment for my new place. From start the end, the team was very responsive and provided clear answers to the questions I had. The scope of work was also well communicated. During the cleaning itself they sent regular updates about the defects they noticed. After the cleaning we could feel the difference, especially the reduction in formaldehyde smell. Would definitely recommend this team! We almost couldn’t get a slot because we tried to book them 2 weeks in advance, so do enquire early if you’re interested in their services

Joe and his team we meticulous and efficient with their cleaning. They were also very patient with us and took their time to explain some of their cleaning methods. Do also did a complimentary defects check while they were cleaning. Joe also advised us on how to take care and clean our carpentries in the future and as well as how to maintain them. He gave us many advice and insightful tips which we as first time owners really appreciate. We engaged Chowa Cleaning for post-renovation cleaning services at our new retail location + office. Gabriel and his team did a wonderful job at understanding our requirements, including conducting a site visit beforehand to make an accurate assessment and provide a reasonable quote. Their team of four-five cleaners are also detailed, and included cleaning of our secondhand chairs as well as corners which would usually be neglected. Looking forward to any regular office-cleaning services they will offer.

I engaged Chowa cleaning for my post-reno detailed cleaning, and it is the best decision ever. The boss and his team came on time and were very detailed in sharing what would be done during the cleaning. During the cleaning, they actively sent me photos of all the defects they spotted, and that helped me so much during my handover from ID. This whole experience was really beyond what I would expect - worry-free, as you know, the boss is there throughout the cleaning process! Definitely recommending to everyone who requires a detailed cleaning service! Tip: Must opt for the formaldehyde treatment, it significantly dropped from 3.9 to 0.9 post cleaning!

We engaged Chowa for a deep post-renovation cleaning. Honestly the state of our place when we handed it to them was very, very, VERY dusty and filled with small debris. Chowa cleaned our place for almost 5 hrs. They made the place spotless, provided real-time updates, and even conducted a thorough post-cleaning walk through. They also conducted defect checks while cleaning, and sent all the pictures to us. Super grateful to Chowa for doing such a wonderful job.

I had a great experience with Gabriel and his team for my post reno cleaning. The team that came consists of 5 to 6 people including the founder himself. They spent a total of 4 hours to clean my place even after my ID had done a round of general cleaning. I must say I’m impressed with their work and their defect check was very meticulous too.

Joe came over with his workers to help clean my place after our renovation. Was very grateful that he took the time to help me do defect check for my entire house (spotting my ID, BSC and painters’ mistakes hahahaah). He also walked me through how the cleaning process would flow and took the time to walk me through after. He did tell me that the house would still get dusty as there were ongoing renovations in our estate so I can’t fault him for that! Other than that, everything went really well 😊

I have positive experience with Chowa Cleaning recently when I engaged them to do Complete Clean which include post reno clean and deep floor clean for my new BTO 2 room flat. I was impressed by the team of 3 workers and boss Gabriel carrying out 2 hours of thorough cleaning and their attention to details. Just to highlight 2 surprises. One is Gabriel noted down defects which allowed me to raise it with BSC. Next, the cloudy white stains on the UPVC door frame I think some new owners may have this issue which cannot wipe away with a damp cloth. Gabriel was hesitant to promise as any strong solution may affect the door frame surface and paint surface closer to it. It's a pleasant surprise that he tried his method and successfully removed the stubborn stains in the end. Thank you, Gabriel.

Gabriel and the team were on time, detail orientated and helped me mark all the areas with defects from my Renovation so that I can have it fixed from my interior designed fix it. Joe, the supervisor and co-owner, was on-site throughout and took the time to walk me through their game plan before they started. Engaged Chowa Cleaning for my newly renovated 4 room BTO unit. Entire cleaning took about 4 hrs. Total 5 men team, including the boss. They did a wonderful job in making my home clean, the boss was very meticulous and patient in explaining the entire process and detailed cleaning in hard to reach areas. Highly recommended! :)

I chanced upon them on Reddit and I would definitely recommend them to everyone else I know that needs a post Reno deep clean. They were never pushy, they explained my options and were very easy to deal with. During the clean, they were informative and communicative- told us any defects they saw. enquired about availability for post reno cleaning. replies were painfully slow (i'm talking about a delay of more than 24hours). ended up telling me they were fully booked and proceeded to ghost me even though i asked for their earliest availability. maybe they have a certain type of housing that they prefer to cater to, or maybe their business is too good for now after having some publicity on reddit. personally, it was a subpar customer service experience.

Super high standards and quality cleaning by Joe and his team! We’re very lucky to have come across them in our estate chat & were thankfully able to secure a slot with them. Joe started off with explaining where his team will be cleaning. The team also actively helped with defects check from my reno and was proactive in informing me about them. Took them about 4 hours to clean entirely and I was so glad to return to a clean & comfy home! Joe was also honest in sharing that our vinyl flooring will still have some remnants of dust and a powdery feeling. He was also very earnest in sharing tips and advices for us! In terms of area coverage, chowa strove for 100% and even did a thorough walk through after the cleaning to ensure it was to our satisfaction before they left. They were early by more than 10 minutes and Gabriel listened carefully to our requirements and restrictions for certain areas and made sure the workers understood. He not only stayed on site with the workers throughout, but he also took on most of the cleaning duties personally, including the most critical ones to ensure quality was delivered!
