Mylo and his colleague did a great job cleaning our house after the post renovation. They were both friendly, approachable and took the time to listen to our needs and concerns before and during the cleaning. We especially appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to try their best, even when dealing with some old and stubborn stains that we understood might not be easy to remove completely. They were patient, thorough and put in good effort to clean the different areas of the house. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. The house felt much cleaner and fresher after their work, and their friendly service made the whole experience pleasant. Mylo and his colleague did an excellent job, and we truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. We would be happy to recommend their post-renovation cleaning service to others.

Before booking, communication was very easy. They always replied quickly, and I appreciated that they provided both a quotation and an invoice, which made the whole process feel very organized and professional. I booked their move-in cleaning service, and a team of five cleaners arrived and divided the work efficiently. The kitchen especially needed extra attention, and they did an excellent job cleaning it. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company.

We engaged this team (Mylo & his team) for post-renovation cleaning and the results exceeded our expectations. The house was covered in renovation dust and debris, but they transformed everything into a spotless and fresh living space. Every corner was cleaned thoroughly, from floors and windows to cabinets and hard-to-reach areas. The team was punctual, professional, hardworking, and very detailed in their work. They were also friendly and responsive throughout the process, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciate the effort and care they put into making our home move-in ready. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality post reno cleaning services. Thank you again for the excellent job!

Has engaged Eminence for their cleaning service. Was served by Mylo and Aqeel, whom are very patience in attending to all our requests, regardless big or small, high or low. They never refuse or reject us, will keep saying no problem. They even made a trip back to touch up with some more cleaning. Very excellent customer service!

This was my first time trying out a deep cleaning service for my parent’s home and it was very disappointing. The first round of cleaning took less than 4 hours and the floor and walls were not wiped clean the first time. We requested for another round of cleaning and even upon the second check, the cleaning was not detailed and there was dirt in the drawers and walls and toilet tiles. The customer support team reached out and suggested a third round of cleaning. However, even after the final clean, we found the floor and many parts of the house dusty the next day. We had to clean the house again ourselves. Just a terrible experience overall and I do not recommend.

    Response from the business

Hi Ros, Thank you for sharing this—we’re really sorry for the experience you had. We understand how important it is, especially when it’s your parents’ home, and it’s frustrating to go through multiple rounds of cleaning and still feel like things weren’t done properly. What you described isn’t the level of work we aim to deliver, and we clearly missed the mark here. We also understand that there were multiple stains on the wall and stains removal isn’t typically included under our standard deep cleaning scope. That said, it doesn’t take away from the fact that the overall cleaning should still have been done thoroughly. We are currently reviewing the job record and speaking with the team assigned to your unit to verify what was completed against the agreed scope. Our team will reach out to you directly via your booking contact details to close this properly. Thank you again for the feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to review and improve.

Recently I purchased a general cleaning service from Eminence, my good friend Danny recommended a 3 hour cleaning service based on the size of my house. The team that arrived came on time and made sure to cover every corner of the house and was able to handle instructions from my family members very well. I praise and thank them for their hard work, and it’s definitely a very worth purchase for my Chinese new year spring cleaning. I will definitely find them again next month :)

Booked a deep cleaning service through Danny for a post-CNY cleanup and the experience was very good overall. The team arrived on time and got straight to work. They were fast, professional and clearly experienced in what they were doing. The cleaning was done thoroughly and the house feels much fresher now after all the festive gatherings. Very satisfied with the service and appreciate the team’s effort.

Booked a deep cleaning service through Danny after explaining the condition of our place, and he recommended going for a proper deep clean. The whole process from enquiry to booking was quite smooth and straightforward, and he explained clearly what the service would include so we knew what to expect. On the day of the cleaning, Aqell, Naz and Mylo came down to handle the job. They arrived on time and got straight to work. What I appreciated most was that they were very detailed and methodical in how they approached the cleaning. Instead of rushing through the job, they really took their time to go through different areas of the house properly. Our place had quite a bit of built-up dust and grime, especially around the kitchen, bathrooms, and window areas. One thing that really stood out to me was how thorough they were when cleaning the window ledges. They actually used cloth together with a screwdriver to carefully remove the dirt that had been stuck deep inside the grooves of the window tracks. It’s one of those small areas that most people usually overlook, but they took the effort to clean it properly. Before the cleaning, some areas of the house felt quite dusty and dull, especially the corners, cabinets and skirting areas. After the team finished, the difference was very noticeable. The floors looked much cleaner, the bathrooms felt refreshed, and the kitchen grease that had built up over time was removed well. Even the overall air in the house felt fresher after the cleaning was done. Danny also personally came down during the cleaning to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly, which I thought was a nice touch. It shows that the company really cares about the quality of the work and customer experience. Throughout the process the team was polite, hardworking and very focused on their work. They were also careful with the furniture and surfaces while cleaning, which I appreciated. Overall I’m very satisfied with the deep cleaning service arranged through Danny. You can tell the team takes pride in doing the job properly instead of just rushing through it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough deep cleaning service!

Engaged Eminence Cleaning Group for CNY spring cleaning. My home was generally really dusty and messy due to having a lot of furniture which created a lot of surface area around the house. The team handled it well and thoroughly did the job, especially with corners where dust accumulates easily. Communication was smooth and straightforward, no additional charges. Would recommend and engage them again if I ever require another deep cleaning.

I engaged Eminence Cleaning Group after comparing a few cleaning companies, and the experience was very positive from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, and the team arrived on time with all the necessary equipment. Before starting, they explained what could be done and managed expectations properly instead of over-promising, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was thorough and well done, including areas that are often overlooked. You can tell the team follows a proper process and doesn’t rush the job. The staff were polite, respectful, and open to feedback, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Pricing was transparent with no hidden charges, and the quality of work matched the price well. Overall, Eminence Cleaning Group is a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service. Back again with another splendid review! We’re truly very satisfied with the service provided by Aqell. Our company was sprucing up the office space and was assigned to him for a post-renovation cleanup. My colleagues and I were extremely pleased with how thorough he was, leaving no dust or debris behind. Thank you for your excellent service and outstanding work, Aqell! 😊 Once again, Emimence has proven to be our favourite and go-to for top-notch cleaning services. Truly 200% satisfaction guaranteed! _____________________________________________ We are truly satisfied with the service provided by Aiman on 22 November 2025. He was assigned to us for a post-event clean-up and was both punctual and exceptionally patient throughout. While waiting for the guests to leave before he could begin cleaning the actual event space, I requested that he start with the warehouse area instead. He carried out the task without hesitation. My colleagues and I were extremely impressed by how thorough the cleaning was, even though the warehouse was not the originally intended area. He did an outstanding job cleaning both the warehouse and the office event space. As the cleaning was done on a Saturday afternoon, my colleagues who returned on Monday were delighted with how fresh and refreshed the office felt. Price wise, i think it is very reasonable! Thank you, Aiman, for your excellent service! 😊

I booked for a spring cleaning on early December 2025 for a service for my 4-room flat but lock one room on 15/2/26 which is more than 2 months ahead. Everything was confirmed . Before the date , I txt again to assure everything nvr goes wrong as the date was too close to CNY, they again confirmed and assure. They collected deposit and informed that there is a CYN surcharge. Stated as agreed they will provide 3-5 workers and 3-6 hours throughly cleaning with a deep cleansing for living area. On that day , close to my cleaning time(1.30pm) , they txt to inform that they can only come at 4pm☹️They turn up 2 cleaning at around 3.20pm. Works end at 6pm plus. The supervisor help deep cleansing up the living and giving a compliment in kitchen tiles. With a 3 hours 2 staffs , fridge not clean, oven, microwave etc inner not clean as running late. The supervisor walk thru before they leave, basically checking only basic cleaning, nvr chk their worker spring cleaning job scope. Staffs attitude still good, till I found that my Chinese tea pot set was broken??? Is a bad experience for paying a spring cleaning charge but received only as basic hour cleaning. BTW, they do deduct $50😭saw they hv many good reviews, why so unlucky that I don’t receive that professionally service?

    Response from the business

Hi Irene, thank you for your review and for sharing the details. We understand you booked your spring cleaning well in advance and reconfirmed closer to the date. We’re sorry the experience did not meet expectations, particularly around the timing, manpower arrangement on the day, and the areas you highlighted. For clarity, your pricing was adjusted accordingly as one bedroom was locked on the service day, so the final charge reflected the revised scope for a 4-room unit with 1 room excluded. Regarding the items mentioned (e.g., oven/fridge/microwave interiors), these are not included under our standard deep cleaning scope, as stated on our website and social channels. That said, we hear your concern about overall completeness and the expectations around a spring cleaning service. We’re currently reviewing the job record and speaking with the team assigned to your unit to verify what was completed against the agreed scope, as well as the item concern raised. Our team will reach out to you directly via your booking contact details to close this properly. In terms of resolution, once verification is complete, we will offer one of the following: - A follow-up session to cover any missed spring-cleaning scope within the agreed checklist, or - Service credit for a future booking (or a combination of both, depending on the gaps identified). Thank you again for flagging this. We appreciate the opportunity to review and improve.

Eminence was quick to respond and set up a cleaning session. Milo did a great job in cleaning the oven, fridge, and our fabric furniture meticulously, and gave all of them a new lease of life. He even managed to scrub out a tough stain on the armchair that another cleaning company could not remove, so we were very impressed! The prices were extremely reasonable as well. We definitely recommend and will engage them again!
