I contacted De Hygienique for a mattress cleaning service and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come on the very same day! The cleaning was absolutely amazing—so thorough and immaculate. I was honestly shocked to see some of the stubborn stains completely disappear! 😍 My mattress is now so clean, fresh, and smells amazing. Definitely will be repeating their service again. I have been using the service of De Hygienic for many years since we moved into our condo 10 years ago. I like their efficient and prompt customer service team ! I engage them for sanitising my furniture, mattresses ,dining chairs and rug. They provide the service to bring my rug to and fro their factory and deliver it back to my home after thorough cleaning. Excellent service from the sanitising crew lead by Danny whom I always request for my half-yearly sanitising service. He will WA me ahead to inform me about their arrival time. Once they arrived, they got straight to work and were very efficient. They were very respectful of our space and moved the furniture carefully without scraping the floor. They treated our fabric sofa, mattresses, and dining chairs with total care, explaining the process as they went along.The equipment and sanitizer spray they used were top-tier. The furniture dried quickly and looks completely clean and our home smells incredibly refreshed. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and services provided. Highly recommend this crew team and De Hygienic to anyone who needs this kind of service for their home !

Mr Hadley came on 19/May to do a deep cleansing for 3 Queen & 1 King beds. He is extremely clean focusing on every inch and every corner of the mattress. The other young man is also very helpful when I need him to pay special attention to certain room which my child just recovered from fever. Good job & well done!

Engaged Dehygienique Asia for a deep mattress cleaning when my child threw up onto the mattress. In the end, when the gentlemen turned up at my place and saw my mattress, they advised me to get a new mattress instead of spending the money on deep cleaning as the cost may be similar. Am deeply grateful as they went beyond their call of duty to assess and gave professional advice. They even helped to sanitise my mattress without charging me. Would like to compliment the gentlemen’ sincerity and honest advice. Appreciate them and they have really up the company’s reputation! No wonder Dehygienique Asia has the best review! Absolute agree!👍

Look no further! This is THE ONE! I’ve been using De Hygienique since 2019 and it’s because my dog peed on my new mattress so I was desperately looking for a cleaner to remove th smell. They responded swiftly and most importantly, the odour was completely gone. Since then, I trust no one else except them to clean my mattresses, sofa, carpet, rugs, ottoman etc. twice a year. Their prices are also very competitive and I cannot emphasize they ARE THE BEST! Big shoutout to Jun and team cos they’ve been serving me since 2019!

Zhang Dan and Ah Wen attended my sofa and dining chair cleaning mission. They were the friendliest contractors we've dealt with and they were super efficient and took the time to explain the whole process. Throughout the process, he kept giving me updates along the way. The amount of nasties picked up from my sofa and dining chairs were mind boggling. So much so I knew I had to sign up for a 2 year contract which offered a discount and better value for money. The cleaning process removed alot of stains from our sofa and dining chairs such as chocolate stains, marker doodling etc. Very impressed and would definitely engage them next year. -------- We just engaged them for our 2nd session and Danny was very friendly and gave me timely updates and was very hospitable. Great service! I have renewed with them.

The before and after of my leather sofa is massive - the picture shows the after, and it was previously lined with gunk built up in the past 4 years. The two pails of water turned so black, as the team of three cleaned and then moisturized the sofa. The Filipino uncle - didn’t get his name- was really friendly and taught me how to care and what to expect after. Team was also prompt in responding and arrived on time.

Had a great experience with DH for cleaning my leather sofa. The 2-people team that came over (unfortunately didn’t get their names!) did a test on the leather to make sure the cleaning solution is suitable before doing a thorough clean. Have a nice, clean, conditioned sofa afterwards. The photo shows the cleaned side on the left, and the before on the right.

I found this service provider through a friend's recommendation. Responsive on WhatsApp and provided reasonable quotes and managed expectations on what can be done. I requested for treatment of 2 mattress and 1 L-shaped fabric sofa. The cleaning crew came on time and demonstrated how the cleaning will be done using their professional equipment. I was shocked at the amount of dirt accumulated deep in the fabric of the mattresses and sofa. The dry technique used for the mattresses meant they can be slept on immediately after without having to air them. The cleaning crew have apparently been with the same company for many years, which is a good sign if you intend to get a package for regular cleaning. Bonus: they did not hard sell at all.

Great service and friendly team of 2 who came to shampoo my sofa and carpet. Both Zhang Dan and Ah Wen have accumulated years of cleaning experience with this company. I'm very impressed how little water (barely one full bucket) was used for my four-seater sofa and big carpet, and the amount of dirt and nasties they picked up!! 🤢 (Sorry no pic to show). Zhang Dan explained how the cleaning worked, and Ah Wen managed my expectation that the worst stain might not be completely cleaned. But that stain was visibly gone! and the carpet looked so much cleaner - I am very impressed! And I loved how my girl can now roll around the carpet without me worrying about allergies. 😄 Also I tot it would be a messy operation but both of them took care of my house so well there was really nothing to pick up after them, and a fairly quick session too. All done under 1.5hr. 💪 They also highlighted they provide mattress cleaning services too - so it's something to consider before cny.

This is my first time engaging De Hygienique. I found them via internet search. Took the plunge to engage them. Great team today, Mr Danny and Mr Xiu. Came on time, and called before they arrived. They slowly explained to me the whole process of the deep cleaning and did a fabulous job cleaning my king size bed. In future, i will definitely go back to them again for any other cleaning needs.

Alcohol smell from the cleaning is extremely strong. Unable to dissipate after 2 hours and whole family is nauseous and have a headache from it. Previously asked if there was downtime from the cleaning but was advised no. Mattress may be clean but quite displeased with the long lingering chemical stench. Might get drunk from fumes inhalation if I were to lie on the bed. I suppose if that’s up your alley this service could be a one stone kill two birds type of thing Would not use this service again.
