We felt disappointed with this maid agency. We employed 2 helpers from this agency. But until today , still give us a headache. No respect, don't follow instructions, threw tantrum, listen the friends too much and even quietly keep 2 phones themselves. Usually we kept her phone during her working. She will use her phone 8-10pm. Who knew recently we noticed she got another phone in the toilet. After we found out, she's telling lies... we will not recommend friends to employ helper from this agency.

I had a wonderful experience with this cleaning company for my apartment handover. The team was professional, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. The apartment looked immaculate when they were done, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the service. I would like to give a special commendation to agent Charlotte for her great service and coordination. The cleaning crew made the whole handover process much less stressful. Will use them again!

I booked United Channel Cleaners on a recommendation from a friend. After initially reaching out to them I found their quotation very reasonable and they setup a WhatsApp group to make communication straightforward. I received an invoice link the day before they were booked to clean my apartment and the cleaning materials were delivered to my hope approximately 30 minutes before the cleaners arrived. The team of four cleaners were courteous, efficient and thorough in their work , requiring no supervision or checks during the 5 hours of cleaning. The supervisor arrived at the end of the process to inspect the quality of the cleaning done, and he carefully checked every room. I would wholeheartedly recommend United Channel Cleaners to anyone looking for a great cleaning company at competitive rates. Craig Cooper.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I engaged this company for a moving-out cleaning service and paid $258, expecting a professional standard of work. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. After the cleaning was supposedly completed, I discovered that my sink had not been properly cleaned at all. The stains and buildup were still clearly visible, and I had to clean it myself before handing the unit back to my landlord. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterwards. I raised the issue immediately and spent a significant amount of time following up, but nothing was ever properly resolved. There was no clear explanation, no meaningful action taken, and no compensation offered despite the obvious issue. I dealt with Abby and Gina, and my experience with the customer service was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. There was plenty of back-and-forth communication, but no actual resolution. For a company that markets itself as a professional cleaning service, the workmanship and customer service fell far below expectations. Paying $258 and still having to redo part of the cleaning myself is unacceptable. Very poor experience from start to finish. I would not use this company again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their moving-out cleaning needs.

We engaged United Channel Maid Agency and the service was really helpful. The staff were very patient with us throughout the whole process, especially when we had questions or needed help to communicate with the maid. They also helped to translate between us and the maid, so both sides could understand each other better. This made things much smoother, especially when explaining our house rules, the kids’ routines, and the maid’s responsibilities. We also appreciate that they helped arrange to send our previous maid home properly, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, their team was patient, responsive, and willing to guide us step by step. Good service and quite reassuring lah, especially for families with young kids who need proper support from the agency.

We decided to do a walk in to enquire on transfer helpers and we have secured one thanks to Wah wah :) She allowed us to interview the available helpers and not only that, she allowed us to conduct a trial at our own home which really helped us to see that our choice of helper has the initiative and a loving heart. One of the worst experience with this agency. Was looking for a helper for my mum and decided to engage them. Asked for some profiles to review but all they sent were photos. I’m looking for a helper, not a model? And when I asked to head down for face to face interviews, they decided to ghost me. It’s been more than 3 days and I’ve been asking for updates (in a group chat with multiple members) but they choose to ignore. Will definitely not recommend this to anyone.

I recently had my home cleaned by United Channel services and had a great experience. The helper was professional, punctual and very thorough with the cleaning. She handled everything from dusting and vacuuming to cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and made sure every corner was properly cleaned. My home felt so much fresher after they were done. They also provide full time helpers if you need daily support at home. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them.

Decided to stop using them for cleaning services. Despite booking a time slot more than a month in advance, they only informed me of the change in timing the day before. This left me with no time to look for alternative. My slot was in pm and they assigned the helper to a morning assignment ending just 30mins before my assignment which made it impossible for her to reach my place at the agreed time (not forgetting that the helper also need time for her travel and lunch). My time slot was delayed for a total of 1.5 hours. I ended up cleaning together with the helper as we cannot accommodate the delayed hours and had to shorten the duration (with the same amount of cleaning to be done). There was another similar episode a few months ago when they only inform me of the delayed timing on the day itself; I thought it was a one-off incident but apparently it was not. You might be safe if you booked for am slot since they seem to always pushed down the pm slots to accommodate am slots. Unfortunately, am timing does not work for us. The manager who is supposed to call me to address my feedback never called. I now conclude that they do not have commitment nor accountability to the customers. It is a shame that the company could not do scheduling effectively as some of the helpers are really good at what they are doing.

Very Unreliable and Poor Follow-Up Extremely disappointing experience with United Channel. I booked a cleaning service via the app on 9/2 for 15/2 at 2pm. Payment was made upfront and I even received a tax invoice confirmation However, when I checked the app, the job was already marked as “Completed” even though no service had been done. I contacted their WhatsApp and was told the matter would be forwarded to the team. I tried calling their hotline multiple times — no one picked up. After waiting past my 2pm booking time and with no cleaner showing up, I finally managed to get through to someone, only to be told that the cleaner “couldn’t make it.” I requested a refund and was told it would be processed when the accounts team returned on 23/2. There was no follow-up at all. I had to chase them myself on 25/2 and was later told they had “forgotten” about the refund. Marking a job as completed without providing the service, failing to inform customers in advance, not answering calls, and forgetting to process refunds is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend

The cleaners arrived on time, were polite and professional, and paid attention to the details — especially areas that are usually hard to clean. After all the festive gatherings and visiting, the house really needed a proper reset. It now feels fresh, clean and much more comfortable. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Wish I could rate it a zero. Wanted to hire helper as part of CNY spring cleaning but helper did not arrive as promised. Appt was 8am on a Sunday, our family waited till 12 noon before getting a confirmation that the helper could not make it. What angers us the most was there was no service recovery made - ideally a new appt date should have been offered but there was none. Just a simple “helper can’t make it”. Understand that it would be hard to find helper during CNY period till 17th Feb. But it would be better to have offered days after CNY to see if customers still require the service. But when prompted - admin immediately just say they are unable to provide. Really proceed at your own risk because it is like a blind box - you might not know if your helper arrives or not. And my bad for not check the reviews thoroughly.

One of the worst service ever encountered . Would rate zero if there was and option. I took leave twice within a month to ensure i could have help in my home. Only to have someone reply me at late notice to cancel (TWICE) saying helper was on mc this happened twice. Heres my screenshot as proof. Please do not engage them really unreliable with no solution.
