Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and would encourage you to avoid them at all cost. I was told I need just a ten days heads up for my belongings to reach Hong Kong, well it’s been a month. Communication in the middle is terrible, you’re never offered clear answers, any amount of chasers or talking to seniors does not help and they refuse to call back when they said they will. I had no visibility of when the shipment is expected to arrive and every time, there were a list of excuses given. Their partners in Hong Kong - Swift Relocation also keep making up fraudulent charges, messed up logistics, were extremely rude and incompetent and CM relocation has been of no help so far, despite multiple calls made to them to help sort the issue. No matter how high up in the management you reach out, they are unresponsive and when they do bother responding, are extremely unhelpful. Their partners in Hong Kong have also damaged my property, there has been loss of property when the partners came in and there is no accountability for it. Every single wall in the apartment is damaged, furniture is also damaged. Avoid their services at all costs.

CM Relocation has been a great partner for us, as we've worked together for a few years. Their team is responsive, clear, and practical, which makes a big difference when timelines are tight and details matter. Communication is consistent, paperwork is handled properly, and they follow through on what they commit to. We’ve always had a smooth start to finish and would happily recommend them!

Excellent experience with CM Relocation for our international move. Arvin was extremely understanding and responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely use them again if we move.

Had a fantastic experience with CM Relocation from start to finish - special shout out to Arvin. Their quote was competitive and their service was flawless. Communication was frequent throughout the shipping process. I was provided with accurate timelines for shipping departure, arrival and delivery to my door. I was put in touch with CM Relocation's partner company in Europe from the very beginning and was made to feel fully comfortable and confident that my belongings would arrive safely from Singapore to London. Any questions I had were answered same day by email by Mia and flexibility was shown when I needed to change the delivery date last minute. Also appreciated the follow up messages from both Arvin and Mia to check everything had arrived as expected and all had gone smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to use CM Relocation again or recommend them. Thanks so much Arvin, Mia and the team!

My husband and I are disappointed in trusting this company with our valuable stuff. Receiving broken or misplaced with someone else’s.

Strongly disappointing. My new Monitor was damaged and my office chair was miss replaced with another customer’s package. Not responsive for the issues that occurred. Not RECOMMENDED at ALL !

For context this is not our first internstional move and we used CM for our move to the UK from Singapore. Communication from the start could have beeen better (my case was passed to a different agent halfway through correspondence and follow up was not done), which led to me having to pay additional fees. They also do not send reminders and updates. On top of that, it took ages for our items to arrive. Cheaper? Yes . Worth it? No. Only reason why i am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is coz the guys doing the actual moving are quick and efficient and deserve a star for their services. All in all, would not recommend

Good services. All the boxes arrived from Singapore to Sydney in good condition. Value for money. Highly recommended

While the packing itself went ok, the shipping is a nightmare: well beyond the estimates provided by the company, our stuff still has not been shipped and is molding away in a Singapore warehouse. You’d imagine that a logistics company knows about shipping: not so CM Relocation!! Avoid at all cost even if they are cheaper: there are considerably better relocation companies.

They offer excellent service at a reasonable price. During the packaging, their staff use a lot of wrapping paper and bubble wrap to protect our kitchenware. We receive our shipment in good condition, and nothing is broken. (SG -> CAN)

I had done about a dozen moves, including multiple international moves. Most of them were company moves so I did not get to choose the moving company. I had to move myself this time from Singapore to the New York area and I was lucky to have chosen CM Relocation. They exceeded my expectation in every aspect of the move. The price was substantially lower than that quoted by the companies used by corporates. The quoting process was simple and they were very responsive to questions. We were assigned a dedicated relocation coordinator who facilitated and checked in frequently with us. The packing was done better than any other move we had - even the folks doing the unpacking for us in the US complimented the packing that was done. Nothing was broken. The delivery company was also most careful with every one of our 148 boxes and contents, placing everything exactly where we wanted it even when we changed our minds a few times. I thought at first that cheaper will mean less quality but in this case, the quality was better than the more expensive companies we had experienced.

We instructed Felix relocation to move everything from our 3-bedroom flat in Singapore to Laoag in the Philippines. They provided us with the 2nd cheapest quote through Moovaz out of half a dozen quotes we received. The Cheapest quote we got was from CM relocation which was SGD 2K cheaper but we decided not to use them due to some bad reviews. When they came, we found that the packing in Singapore was subcontracted to CM relocation which raised some concerns which we flagged, however we found them to be packing very well and had no complaints whatsoever. Although they did not come to our flat to do the estimation their volume estimation was in line with all the other quotations we had and was only slightly over estimated. We received the following additional charge to our shipping on top of the original quote. • Container Imbalance Charge: S$ 500.92 • Destination ECRS: S$ 214.68 • Peak Season Surcharge: S$ 214.68 • Total Amount: S$ 930.28 I'm not sure why they could not include a seasonal charge in the estimate, however the quote was still cheaper when including the above charges than all other quotes we received. We had some issues paying the company handling the Philippines customs fees as payments were rejected at their end for unclear reason. which caused a bit of a headache, but this got resolved after our 3rd transfer attempt. Our belongings arrived in just over a month which we thought was quick (We moved a year earlier from London to Singapore with GB liners which took them half a year to ship our stuff) Everything arrived and was reassembled in good order. We only had an issue that one of our hight adjustable desks was not working anymore after it was reassembled. Felix relocation was very proactive in getting the value of the table refunded by the insurance which we took with them.

I have recently relocated with CM Relocation and, for the most part, the process was easy, pleasant and hassle-free. Everything was openly discussed, costs adjusted fairly and the team was flexible to my requests and requirements. Unfortunately, a single item in my shipment arrived damaged to the destination. This was a small, simple item for which the cost of reimbursement was low, when compared to the shipment value and insurance premium. CM Relocation uses an insurance company called TG International, which took a long time to handle the claim. The matter was eventually sorted and CM Relocation was supportive in following up and chasing the insurance company, which helped with getting the claim reimbursed.
