The guy was very helpful. I came to clean my computer fans and he even offered to teach me how to so I don’t need to come to a store to do it in future. Definitely 5 stars for me. Will definitely be coming back here for computer problems in the future.

Really honest chap! Sent my iPad for repair - the guy kept asking me questions to clarify on how it got damaged, the extent of the damage before attempting to fix it. He could have just suggested to replace the charging port (which costs more) but instead, he clean the charging port for me and my iPad is back alive again! 100% recommend to anyone who needs help with their devices!!!

Had to leave a good review for the shop owner with integrity and honesty. We were going in expecting to fix a phone screen and replace the battery. After a brief consultation, the shop owner gave us suggestions that only benefits us, even at the cost of losing our business. Came here to have my MacBook Pro 2018 battery replaced after reading the good reviews. It was overall a great experience. Got the battery replaced in about an hour and it is much cheaper than going to the Apple service centre. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have to give my biggest thank you and appreciation to Ice who helped fix my 7 months old Macbook Pro 😭 Had spill water on my MBP the day prior and couldn’t get it to on even after leaving it to tilt at an angle. Needed my device urgently hence I needed to get it fixed asap. Already made an appointment with Apple but I decided to give this shop a try prior, 0 regrets doing so! Had a wholesome conversation with Ice throughout the hour as he was diagnosing my MBP and explaining to me what he was doing. Chatted about life and all as he was repairing and overall such a good experience! Humble little shop and an amazing staff. Highly recommend.

When your MacBook AppleCare runs out and you can't get it repaired by Apple without paying exorbitant whole component assembly replacement costs, try this place. They managed to repair my motherboard issue at less than half the cost that Apple quoted me, because they are able to find the faulty circuit board component and replace that only. The Apple genius bar lady was practically hinting to me to just buy a new MacBook, since the official Apple repair motherboard assembly replacement costs a third of a brand new MacBook.

Have engaged Ice to revive me 12 yr old 11inch mac book air n he did it with all my data intact. Super grateful as it bought me some time to backup my data. Now 2 yrs later. He is still v efficient and managed to fixed my fiance's mac book as well. Thank you so much! Very talented technician :)

Ice exceeded my expectations. I had read this business' reviews and hoped he could pull off a miracle and he delivered! My MacBook Pro had some water damage from a leaking water bottle in my bag. I used it for 15 mins before the black screen went on. Within the hour I handed him my laptop, he opened it up and saw water inside.. He didn't make any guarantees but said he would try his best to clean/dry the inner circuit boards. When I picked up my MBP, he said luckily I didn't wait hours so the rust was very little and that likely helped save my computer. I had my laptop back in perfect working order within 18 hours. Huge life saver! So key takeaway - if you suspect water damage, take it to Ice immediately!

Ice is simply a magician of a service man. Is okay with walk-ins, explains all options and costs upfront. Tells you if he thinks the cost is not worth the repair. Walked in with waterdamaged macbook twice and got the best service possible. Reliable, kind, and genuinely cool guy

Shop name come to repair but dont ever send your stuff there for repair. Sent my macbook air 13” for repair but tech guy was sitting on it for more than a week. No proper follow up and I had to whatsapp each time to keep checking on the outcome. Until after one week still not repaired. Technician ask to collect and was rude. Wasted my time and effort sending my laptop there. Could have sent it to other shops to get it repaired fast! Not recommend at all.

Broke my iPhone screen. Staff was very transparent on introducing me to the 3 types of screen replacement available and left the option to me. Absolutely no hard selling at all. Very good product knowledge, very friendly and fast in his repair! Highly recommended!

Sent in my iPhone for repair due to phone not able to start. It took them almost a month to come back to me. Although they managed to start up the phone but it is beyond repair ( not able to make calls). They put in efforts in repairing it and charged me half price for data recovery which I think it is fair. I appreciate them for the hard work. 🙏👍

I thought my iphone is dead with my photos still inside but the shop managed to restore my phone to a state where i can still use mostly and also managed to transfer my data out. It was totally worth coming down to take my chances.

Reasonable price, with caring, patient and professional service!! 2024 update: Came back here for 3rd time on same phone. Knew they are great, and yet the technician (Ice) blew me away by changing the screen within 10 minutes as I went 20 minutes b4 the EOB Hope he can get more hands that’s humble and willing to learn to work with him as currently it’s only himself !
