The process involved a remote assessment of my belongings, followed by a quote later. However, the remote interaction was disrespectful from the start, leaving me feeling disgusted. They asked if I'd received quotes from other companies, and when I replied that I'd only received quotes from their company, they responded with something like, "You should get quotes from other companies too..." Who do they think they are? Furthermore, after spending over 30 minutes asking me about the procedures, they never sent the quote. It's ridiculous. They probably figured I was a single person with not much luggage and wouldn't be worth much money. If you had no intention of giving me a quote, then don't ask so many lengthy questions, Japanese staff member W. After all, it's just a local company. Major companies like N and Y wouldn't provide such shoddy service.

Due to the incompetence of the estimater, only two-thirds of the planned amount of luggage could be moved, and there was no response to the matter at all. The company continued to ignore my inquiries 2 or 3 times. This company is not trustworthy at all and I do not recommend at all. I will never choose this mover again.

Crown Line, a Japanese logistic company offering great service and hospitality

I used this service when I returned to Japan for good. I was worried that the quality of their service might be lower than that of major Japanese companies like N and Y, so I hope this will be helpful to anyone who is considering using their service. In conclusion, I think the service was generally good. Perhaps it was luck, but the team members who came to pack were all local, with an average age of 60 and over 30 years of experience. They all packed silently, carefully, and speedily. A Japanese sales representative also helped pack the items throughout the day. One of the most experienced workers broke a delicate champagne glass while packing it, but he immediately reported it to us and quickly compensated us at our requested price. He was a very professional worker, and because he reported it so quickly, we had no hard feelings. When we checked the items after they arrived in Japan, all the fragile items, including the champagne glass and painting, were undamaged. There was some damage to some of the plastic, which may have already been brittle, and some crushed caps, but all of this was quickly compensated for. The only disappointment was the delivery and unpacking team from our partner company in Japan. It was probably mostly part-time workers, and the work was very slow, which was frustrating. There were frequent mistakes in the delivery room. There were also some missed reports at the time of delivery, and the cardboard box checklist was not completed. It seems that everything probably arrived, though.
