I was recommended to Anowar from CS grills for invisible grills. Anowar was responsible and patient, and came down twice to my unit to measure due to some wall changes.. Although his quote was higher than another vendor, we discovered that it was because their wires used are thicker (7x7), which makes them more durable. Their warranty was longer too so we went with Anowar. The workers did a good job and helped to touch-up the walls very nicely after installation. We are pleased with Anowar and his team of workers, and will recommend them to people looking for quality invisible grills installation.

I happened to come across recommendations for CS Engineering in my neighbourhood community and decided to engage them for the installation of invisible grilles. Anowar handled my project from start to finish. He was punctual for the site measurement and quotation appointment, and provided practical, honest advice instead of overselling. Despite our tight renovation schedule, he went the extra mile to accommodate our preferred installation date. He even arranged a second trip to complete the remaining installation due to an issue that was beyond our control. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Anowar was always responsive, helpful, and proactive in resolving the issues. His professionalism and dedication in ensuring everything was completed smoothly were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The workmanship was excellent, the pricing was competitive, and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend CS Engineering and Anowar to anyone looking for invisible grille installation.

We engaged Anowar at the showroom, and he was very friendly and helpful in providing all the information we needed. Cedric in a later date came down to our house for the site measurement; he was also very approachable, and the measurement process went smoothly. On the actual installation day, everything was well-organised and smooth. We are very happy with the grille installed. The installers were friendly and helpful. One of them even went out of his way to help me open my Taobao wooden crate when he saw me struggling to open it. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the price is very reasonable. Before starting, they checked the existing condition of my windows and explained their plan clearly so that the whole process would be smooth with minimal noise and mess. 🌟 Testimonial: The Day My Windows Were Sealed Against the Darkness 🌟 On an otherwise ordinary morning, a team of legends arrived at my sister’s home. Not installers — but artisans, blacksmiths of light and air, sent from some mythical forge to craft what no mortal had yet achieved. They came armed with nothing but tools, steel, and an unshakable sense of purpose. And with each measured step, with every precise turn of their drills, they began to reshape reality. These weren’t ordinary window grills. Oh no. What rose from their hands that day was a threefold masterpiece (3 in 1 function): – A fortress of steel, perfectly aligned with the carpentry and window layout, as if the gods themselves had drafted the blueprint, ensuring not a single cabinet or structure was disturbed. – A shield of mesh, woven from the threads of fibreglass, so fine yet so strong it blocks every foul beast of the night — mosquitoes, crawling horrors, and the buzzing pests of the dark. – A curtain of night itself, a blackout blind that, when drawn, wraps the room in an impenetrable shroud of darkness, sparing it from light yet leaving it pure and free of flies or dust. Every element was custom-forged, tailored to the unique character of the home — not just installed, but summoned into being. Each panel was a testament to their discipline; each fit so seamless it was as though the window had been born with it. For hours they worked, unbroken, focused, and precise. I watched them execute every step with the kind of quiet confidence that only masters of their craft can exude. And when they finished, the house stood transformed. The windows no longer mere openings to the world, but proud guardians, barring both unwanted light and unwanted creatures, yet still dignified and elegant. To the owner of this fine company: you haven’t just built a service. You’ve forged a legacy, one panel at a time, one family at a time. This team of yours is nothing short of legendary — craftsmen who make the impossible look effortless. When the day comes that I install this at my own home, there will be no hesitation, no comparison — only one name I’ll call, CS Grille. Thank you for delivering fire, steel, and darkness in a way no one else could. You have my respect, my gratitude, and my highest recommendation. — A humbled and awed customer
