Kamrul was really professional, patient and very thorough in solving the issue. Our toilet frequently clogged and had bad odours, but Kamrul managed to find the problem - big stones actually came out during the machine cleaning! It got so much better after the cleaning and Ai can already feel that everything is flushing much more smoothly. I’m also glad to know that there’s a 1-month warranty in case the toilet gets clogged again. Kamrul definitely saved the day today! Really appreciate his help and would highly recommend him 😊

Chose them as good reviews but turned out a disaster for me. It was 2 Simple jobs - dismantle small instant water heater (no electrical work) and remove sink drainage pipe since the sink has already been removed earlier. This costs $250 after negotiation. Plumber left the trap hole and floor traps open and exposed. They now want to charge to replace 2 traps at additional $80 after negotiation. Total SGD330 just for this! Not professional at all, when remove the pipes, commonsensical to close the trap holes and floor traps right? I didn't want to pay extra and so left hanging. Finding another plumber to complete the works
