We were introduced to Door Lab by a friend . Weixuan is very helpful with my enquiries and we sorted out the door very quickly. From measurements to installation it took a week. We noticed there were some alignment issues after installation but Weixuan send the guy down and got it fixed. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Purchased the door and the gate at the end of last year through Shopee. During the installation, the installer dropped something, damaged my edge tile protector and cause a dent on it. Feedback to seller, no response. After several months, the gate starts to get rusty and the paint peeled off. Feedback to seller, this is not under warranty due to exposure to rain and humidity, and maintenance. I suppose the maintenance is to clean it with water periodically which I did. And during the cleaning, amazingly the paint peeled off easily. By comparing my neighbor's gate, they don't have such an issue with the same environment. Looking at other reviews, I guess the is the quality the product. Good luck to other buyers.

Door Lab was recommended to me by a friend and their exceptional service led me to forgo exploring other options. The doors provided are aesthetically pleasing, and the staff, particularly Sharon, has consistently exhibited patience, helpfulness, and professionalism. During the installation process, minor issues such as the omission of a peephole and incorrect door indicator placement were promptly addressed and rectified through her efficient coordination. Additionally, when rust appeared on the main gate three months post-installation, she promptly arranged for a touch-up service. My primary concern, however, remains with the main gate, as rust has reappeared six months after occupancy and three months following the touch-up. This raises questions regarding the long-term durability of the gate. Upon inquiry, the explanation provided was that mild steel gates are susceptible to rust, with some homeowners experiencing this issue within a few months. Had I been aware of this characteristic, I might have considered alternative gate materials. As this has been bothering me, I thought I should share this point on the main gate for awareness of other new homeowners.

The workmanship of the main door installation was acceptable, however the scheduling and communication were disappointing. We were informed that the installer would arrive between 3.30pm to 5.30pm, but he only arrived around 6.15pm without proper updates. As the work involved drilling and loud noises for removing and installing the main door, the late timing caused inconvenience and concern, especially during the evening as it may disturb neighbours. Would appreciate better time management and communication regarding delays in future.

I don't even know how the guy I talked to at the Rowell outlet can be selling doors. His name is often mentioned as the go-to guy but he's pants. I said my door frame has existing hinge slot and not sure if their hinge will fit. He said they will just screw the hinge on to install the door. What if my hinge has rounded corners, can I borrow a hinge to fit or can their guy bring a hinge during measurement so I can get my other contractor to cut out the slot? All answers from him is no, he can't do that, Door Lab will just turn up and screw the door on the door frame even if the hinge will be uneven, no additional work can be done.

Contacted Sharon in September as we were in a rushed to replace our gate due to it being faulty. Sharon was really patient and always responsive to my queries even when I wasn't sure if we were getting the gate from her company. She was not pushy and it was the main reason why we decided to engage her company's service. The installation was finally done today, and we were very happy with their workmanship. Im looking doors to replace old one till I find Door Lab Pte Ltd. The customer service are friendly and polite. This one who server is Wei Xuan, he answer all my queries without fail. I confirm the deal when i go for 2nd visit near my place. Today the doors are installed and the installer is very professional and skillful. He take out the old and replace new all by himself.
