3 stars because of the fast replies and fast service. Other then that, they quoted $100 for fixing the stuck latch on my side gate saying they will replace the latch but end up didn't change the latch, only remove to service and install back. Asked them about it and they flip prata say $100 is only for repair and didn't reply afterwards.

Had a fantastic experience with Local Handyman SG! They helped fix my jammed door lock and even replaced it — all at the most affordable price compared to other quotes I received. They arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job within just 10 minutes. Super efficient, professional, and value-for-money. Highly recommended!

Their guys are amazing! I bought a dressing table from Shopee, but seller was not available when I requested for help to assemble. So I asked Local Handyman to help. And they obliged to assemble it for me at a charge. Their charge is reasonable given the difficult and challenging task of having to assemble something from scratch, and the dressing table has many complicated parts that need some patience and attention to figure out. The two assembly guys were attentive to details and were very professional in carrying out their work. They even helped to clear up the packaging boxes and plastic wraps. Their customer service staff is also very helpful. Thank you very much to Local Handyman! You made my day 😃

Not Truthful and Overcharging Firstly, the 2 that came were not locals. They were foreigners out to make a quick buck. They quoted me about $150. After 10 min of troubleshooting, they told me it would cost $400 and explained they would have to cut the wooden boards above the sliding door and replace it, and paint it. Half a day would be required. I did think it was a lot of work so I said ok. However, after 20 min they fixed it without cutting any board. They said it was still $400. Then they said there is also no warranty. The door could not be fully opened and when closed still has a gap. They also drilled a hole in my door frame without my permission. When I contacted the person in charge and on the phone, he supported them without even bothering to check what happened with me after hearing from them. The extra money was for extra work. It was not done. And the end result was a shame. I was clearly cheated.
