Avoid this business. It’s a waste of time and money and an ongoing nightmare I contact them to do resilicon on sink and window. The “technician” was almost two hours late for the appointment. When he Did how up . He came without proper tools for the work. I had to search my house and provide him with basic tools required for the work, like knife and masking tape. The “technician” has zero experience with what he is supposed to do. He did not clean out the old silicon properly before applying the new one for the sink. For the window, he did NOT know how to use masking tape to properly apply silicon. I, as the customer, had to teach him to do that. And the end results can be seen in the photos attached, a misaligned, uneven, rough joke of workmanship. After “work done”, the “technician” refused to leave my place until he is paid after I repeatedly told him I want to settle with the business owner — that I have to pay a actual handyman service to redo and fix this mess. In the end, I had to pay a “discounted price” to stop the “technician” from loitering in my house, alone with me.
