The job was done professionally. From the day I contacted Encompass, the response was quick. Hao, the project consultant came on the same day to make the measurements and to arrange the date for the window grilles installation.

At first, seeing that they were foreign workers made me a little worried, not about safety, but because I was concerned they wouldn't speak Mandarin, and my English is practically non-existent. The entire repair process was quite nerve-wracking, but they were a very good team player and fixed my window very quickly. Thank you to Service SG for introducing you to me. Thank you! Sorry! We partnered with Encompass for invisible grilles, curtains, and roller blinds, and I couldn't be happier. The work they did was outstanding - they were exact, detailed, and worked quickly to really transform our home. The curtain materials are very premium - the curtains have a real weight to them, and they are truly blackout. For the grilles we did both casement and normal, and it also turned out great! Would definitely recommend the team to anyone!

We had an great experience with the grilles installation by the Encompass Homes team from start to finish. They were responsive and professional from the initial inquiry. Only a few days later they came ti measure our AC ledge and the grilles at 1.5“ for cat proofing were up within 2 weeks. Their pricing was also highly competitive. I engage EH after looking them up online because I needed urgent help to remove invisible window grill at my new house. Kimme responded very promptly and gave me their earliest possible schedule after I told her that I needed it urgent as my other vendor (window film and mosquito net) were coming. She said they can come rightaway as somehow they couldn’t do their current work at other place as the owner didn’t open the door for them. Within 30mins, EH team swung by my house and completed the removal in 30mins! They saved me the trouble of postponing my other works that have been lined up! Thank you so much Kimme and EH team!

My wife and I like to offer my sincerest thanks to Encompass Homes Pte Ltd for their professional installation of roller blinds and clear glass windows in our room. The on-site contractors have shown great care during the installation process to ensure that our room wallpaper isn't damaged, and exhibited good housekeeping practices to ensure that the debris and dust are cleared after. With that being said, I would recommend this company to any homeowners whom are looking for a hassle-free experience. Do keep up the splendiferous work.
