I had a great service experience at Esmond Service Centre. I had a laptop that drains battery. Hence, a battery health check was done. Also, they do listen to how I described the fault in the laptop and advisw promptly. I eventually decided to change the laptop battery after a quote is given. Awesome service, recommended 😊👍

I am extremely thankful for the outstanding service I received from Jay. I called ahead to ask whether I would need to wait to get my laptop repaired, as it had completely stopped turning on and it was an urgent situation for me. I was told to simply walk in, and to my surprise, the issue was diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. What impressed me most was that the repair was done right in front of me, and Jay remained professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process. To top it all off, he explained that it was only a quick fix and chose not to charge me anything. I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the help and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Jay, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommended! Also noticed that they sell other small gadgets which can make good last min gifts too!

I had a noise issue with my PC but could not isolate which fan was causing it. I brought the PC to them on Monday and the staff said it would take 1 working day. On Tuesday, I whatsapped them to ask for an update and if I could get my PC. No reply. I had to chase them for an update on Wednesday evening and they responded to say 2 separate fans (1 GPU fan and 1 case fan) were the cause. According to them, both of them could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. On Thursday, I went down and asked for a demonstration of the specific fans that were causing the noise. The staff simply turned on the PC and repeated that the noise was being caused by the GPU fan and case fan. I asked for them to let me hear the sound of each fan running separately, and they replied that it's not possible. So I ended up paying a $75 diagnosis fee but not being able to clearly narrow it down to the exact fan. Later that day, I went to Sim Lim Square and found a repair shop that charged me only $40 for diagnosis, and straight away they were able to demonstrate the GPU fan running in isolation that was causing the noise. Not only that, they charged me another $40 and was able to repair the GPU fan, resolving the root cause of the noise issue. They did all this within 3 hours. All for $80, a much better deal than $75 just for an incomplete diagnosis that took 3 days. Therefore I would encourage people reading this review to please find a good repair shop in Sim Lim Square instead, it's better bang for your buck.

Great service! Was told it was actually not so worth it to repair the speakers since it could work with AirPods but my exams required me to have my in built speakers working so I had no choice but to repair the speakers. The price was higher than another place that quoted me but that repair shop would only have been able to return my MacBook after 2 days whereas Edmond Services was able to do it within 45 mins so the additional costs were worth it to me since I require the MacBook to be in working order urgently. All in all it was a good experience and I felt the services were professional and worth the money.

This is perhaps the best repair shop I have come across. From the minute you walk in, you get a good customer service experience. I brought my iPad in for servicing and they evaluated and explained the cost of repair to me without any fee. The customer service person was patient and gave me time to decide if I wanted to proceed with the repair. I eventually decided against the repair as my iPad is more than 10 years old and it would make more sense to get a new model compared to repairing it.

I needed to have my laptop’s screen replaced as soon as possible, but my brand’s own service centre couldn’t even commit to a repair timeframe, which left me scrambling for alternatives. Out of desperation, I turned to Esmond Service Centre and boy was I glad I did. They quoted about two hours, and while the repair took slightly longer, it was still far quicker and more reliable compared to my brand’s service centre. Nicholas was prompt in responding, professional, transparent about pricing, and explained the process clearly. He was attentive and reassuring throughout. Overall, Esmond Service Centre delivered a smoother and more trustworthy experience than I expected.

Trustable store. Sent in my Mac for suspected water damage as I spilled water over it. They told me no water damage when they could’ve charged me 75 for the chemical cleaning (but they didn’t). Thankful that nothing happened to my Mac! They also had free diagnostic so it was rly kind of them
