My kitchen floor trap chokage was cleared by plumber Daniel. He's very patient, professional n meticulous in ensuring that the choke in my kitchen floor trap is thoroughly cleared/flushed using machine instead of the cheaper manual hand flushing method if your choke is bad. I highly recommend Express Plumber. Thumbs up!

I rang around for plumbers to get some plumbing issues in my unit sorted. Some said that they'll only be able to fix it in a week time, and some said they'll need to inspect the issue first. I contacted Express plumber with the videos of the issue and within 5 minutes, I was given a quotation.. When I asked, when can they come, I was expecting tomorrow, or the end of the week.. To my shock the reply said they'll come in 30 mins. My wife thought it was a scam but I ended up asking them to come anyway.. The plumber come and fixed the issues in about 30 mins... I'm impressed.. (btw.. The plumber doesn't look anything like the chick's photo in the google map for their business 😅)

I have contacted them via Whatsapp, and once they understand that I have a washing machine to fix, they just ignore me. If you can't take the job, just let me know, instead of unresponsive. Poor customer service will affect your company's image.
