They claimed they are short of manpower, just redirect me to their sub-com. The responsibility will be on the sub- com. Not responsible and false credibility.

I called Express Windows for a quote. Sally answered the phone but claimed she was too busy to quote on line. She requested me to what's app her instead. She read my messages but no reply and no response then. Lousy service, not even worth a single star 👎👎👎

We were looking for a windows company to change all the windows at our apartment. Having met Shawn (who was very pleasant and friendly) and seen their products at their office, we asked for a quote. After an informal quote via whatsapp, we then arranged for a site visit to take proper measurements. (BTW, I also recommended them to my neighbour who also had her windows measured on the same day) After that visit, we never heard from the company again. I called to remind Shawn twice, both times he apologised and said he'd get back to me. From then on, subsequent calls were all ignored - no pickup. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with this company, especially when we thought we liked both the product and Shawn. Ultimately, they are too unprofessional to work with.

Very friendly and professional service. Price quoted for installation of new windows in my flat was lower than other contractors.

Excellent service! Prompt response and affordable pricing. The entire process from quotation to installation was hassle free. Even though I only required a simple service and cost a small amount, vendor was extremely patient with my multiple queries, and replied promptly throughout. They are also very professional and can be trusted to deliver a good job. Highly recommended! Will def consider them for my future jobs.

Had sent an email in English. Their reply was in English. However, when one of their supervisor called, he insisted on speaking in Mandarin. Very disappointed.
