Installed Sapphire windows for our new master bedroom and I have to say their sound insulation is indeed superb! Barely hear any traffic noise even though the room is road facing. Thankful for Darren's help and patience with the rescheduling and arrangement when my renovation had a couple of hiccups and delays. Highly recommend Sapphire windows for superior quality windows!

We fitted our new 4 storey house with Sapphire uPVC windows & doors. The product range is good providing good soundproofing performance. However the after sales service & communication could be much better. QC inspection was not done before handover. Owner had to jointly inspect the windows and doors during handover to identify the many defects. This should be done before the handover and not during handover. Rectifications took too long with numerous trips resulting in considerable delays. Timeliness and follow-through were not consistent. Overall, the Company would benefit greatly from improving their project management, proper defect rectification processes, quality control, handover process and responsiveness. J Koh

Sapphire did a good job on our four storey new house. From designs and product recommendations , installations and hand over , they were attentive and professional. We are very satisfied with their performance. Their sales team led by Eric made an outstanding impression with us. We would highly recommend Sapphire to anyone who appreciates good products and services.

We chose Sapphire for our windows after visiting a couple of showrooms. The Sapphire showroom cannot be compared to others - they are true specialists and professionals. Sapphire offers probably the most high spec windows available in Singapore. Sean Kang who helped us through our project, was patient and quick to respond to our varying needs - which was important as with any renovations, changes are likely to happen as the project develops. We have been using the windows for 8 months now, and we are impressed by it. The sound insulation is so good at times we don't realise it is raining outside! What truly stands out for us is the profile - it is solid, feels extremely well made and seems like it is built for generations. The sliding mechanism is smooth as butter. Some small things just makes a big difference - especially to something that others overlook, such as locking, sliding mechanims - Sapphire has clearly put a lot of R&D to make it simply a joy to use. Am looking forward to enjoying our windows for years to come!!

After-Sales Service My project was handled by Senior Sales Executive Mr. Edwin Goh, who provided expert advice in recommending a well-balanced window system that effectively reduced both heat and noise while staying within my budget. His recommendations were practical, technically sound, and tailored to my needs. The entire installation process was well coordinated and professionally executed. The Sapphire team even carried out thorough post-installation cleaning. In fact, I initially assumed the cleaning had been done by the professional post-renovation cleaners I had hired, only to discover later that it was actually completed by the Sapphire installation team. A few weeks after I moved in, I received a call from Sapphire to arrange a post-installation quality audit to ensure all the windows had been installed to the company's standards. At first, I thought it would simply be a routine inspection. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough their internal auditor was. He identified several minor areas that required fine-tuning and promptly arranged for the installation team to return and rectify every issue. This level of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is rarely seen. Among all the contractors and subcontractors involved in my home renovation, Sapphire Windows was by far the best. I would also like to commend Edwin, who was always contactable, responsive to my queries, and proactive in addressing my concerns. We got Sapphire Windows for sliding doors. This has to be one of the best decisions for our house renovation as it elevates the design of our home. Derek who guided us throughout the whole process was also very professional, each time drawing out the designs with measurements to help us visualize. Strongly recommend them if you are going for quality and solid build.

From first engagement (google search to narrow choices) to final outcome, I experienced a very professional, responsive and friendly support from Grace of Sales. Visited the showroom to get a sense what the actual product will be like. Onsite measurement was done in detailed. Installation crew is awesome. Hardworking and well skilled. Door frames and very heavy glass panels had to be manually carried up via internal staircase. Now finally, we are enjoying a quiet and peaceful restful sleep. Highly recommended.

Our experience with sapphire window was extremely pleasant from the start to the end of handover. We were welcomed by Derek at the showroom and he introduced all the products to us and clear all our doubts. We were sold by the demo of how sound proof the glass are and immediately requested for a site visit. As our renovation is on a tight schedule, Derek assist us to push for the installation and fabrication and we were thankful that everything falls in place perfectly. My friend introduced me to Saphire. I have been using a competitor brand for more than 10 years at my previous homes. I was apprehensive at first, but I decided to accept their invitation to the showroom for a demo. I was truly impressed with their demo and decided to engage them for my new freehold apartment. I plan to live there for a long time , hence its very important that I use windows and sliding doors of great quality and durability that will last a long time. The sales rep Sean Kang was very patient with his demos and explained methodically, everything i needed to know about their product. The installation process was smooth and the new windows really gives my apartment "an atas feel" vs the ordinary aluminium windows that was installed originally. Thank you Sean 😊. I engaged Sapphire for replacing two of my house’s big old windows by uPVC sliding doors and windows. They have been very professional. Chanced upon Sapphire Windows when searching for installers to replace the windows in my 35+ years old hdb unit. After reading the reviews, I contacted Sapphire Windows. Sean Kang called back and came over to introduce the product. He also invited me to their office to view their glass panel samples. I visited and witnessed the effectiveness of sound and heat insulations. I was also offered to use a hammer to try breaking the glass panels (withina safety enclosure). After a few attempts, I am convinced that it is not easily breakable. I decided to appoint Sapphire Windows to replace all windows in my unit. The installation team is very professional and competent in their work. Measures were taken to protect flooring and they also cleaned as well as mopped the areas they operated on. In conclusion, Sapphire Windows has good product, great showroom and skillful team of installers. Thanks to Sean Kang for overseeing the entire project

The sales person Derek has been very professional in managing the entire pre and post sales work. He gave me an in-dept understanding of the Sapphire products, its unique features and functions which led me to opt for Sapphire instead of it’s competitor. During the installation process, Derek had been instrumental in making the installation work moving forward till completion, especially in managing the vendor’s work schedule. I was very pleased and enjoyed the handing over process conducted by Derek as well. As house owner, I'm very grateful with Derek’s work performance.

The quality of your windows and doors are really good - sound proof, water proof, smoke proof.. and for double glazed and low e - my house is kept really cool although it is sunny and bright outside. your service is impeccable. And when I have a party of 40 people, my neighbours don’t hear any noise at all because of the sound proof windows and doors. Your team on the ground really worked hard to solve the problem of my kitchen door because I wanted to keep the door open but yet I didn’t want the traditional door stopper. Thanks !! I highly recommend Sapphire. Although the price is higher than most others, you can see the difference in quality !

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Grace for her excellent customer service. She was attentive, prompt in responding to all my queries, and extremely helpful—especially in swiftly arranging a last-minute door removal service for us. The installation team, Mr. Sumon and Mr. Wahed, also did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work—from removing the existing door to installing the new one, including grouting and wall patching. They patiently waited for the cement under the frame to dry (which took longer than usual due to the wet weather) before proceeding with the panel installation. They also made sure the doors were well-protected from the ongoing wet works. I truly appreciate how thorough they were in cleaning up the site once the job was completed. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Sapphire Windows to anyone seeking quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

We appointed Sapphire to install our doors and windows for the entire house and our experience with them has been great. Their Sales Manager, Eric Ong, is ever professional, prompt and helpful, be it advising us on the best options possible based on our requirements, or helping us to resolve issues when bottlenecks came up (due to no fault of theirs). Apart from looking beautiful, we also realized the good sound insulation they provide, whenever we close windows/doors due to noisy neighbours. We did have to get used to some of the locking systems initially but these could be due to us being new users or due to the tall height of the doors. Overall, this is a trustworthy company to engage for your window/door needs.

I want to thank Eric and the Sapphire installer team for their outstanding professionalism and quality workmanship. Eric has been incredibly patient and professional — I first asked for a quote four years ago, and despite the long gap, he remained helpful and supportive throughout until I finally decided to go ahead this year. As for the installation team, they worked like clockwork. Everything was done with precision and care, and watching them install the UPVC windows really gave me confidence in the quality of the setup. I believe my water leakage issues are now a thing of the past. This whole experience reminded me that success doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built slowly and steadily, just like this project.
