Choosing a digital lock takes a massive amount of time given the variety in the market. I have been to many outlets of My Digital Lock and it was only when I met Justin, the decision was then made. Justin is not your typical sales guy, he present you with the procs and cons of each product from a technical perspective. He gave his expertise not as a sales person but also as a consumer/end user. I find his advice unbiased and objective which made my decision much easier. if anyone has a hard time selecting a digital lock, i would highly recommend that you look for Justin. He is the right person to go to!

We went to My Digital Lock UBI to shop for a digital lock. We chosen the package Moorgen T31 lock ,gate & T9 lock ,door & though the price is high . We trust the brand but somehow we are disappointed after sales, technical support services. Installation was well manage & was completed on 21/7/2025. After using less than a week ,there is issue on T31 gate lock, firmware unable to update & camera unable to load. They did send a technican, no experience which took more than 2hr to solve the firmware update & camera but he reset T31 lock device which causes the T31 lock not working properly. Then next day , they send another Technican which he is well experience, fine tune and the lock function well. But sad to said, the Moorgen app is not stable, the camera unable to load. Until now 02/8/2025, all information requested was sent to technical support but still not solve.

My Digital Lock team - Justin and Wayne are amazing. Old key lock was spoilt on a Sat and had to urgently arrange My Digital Lock to come change to digital lock for us. All was settled with a few text messages with Justin and Wayne arrived to install within 1.5hrs. The Moorgen lock is high quality and Wayne’s installation was very good. He was also very patient and taught us how to use the lock. Any questions we had were responsed quickly on WhatsApp. Fast forward a few mths, we need some servicing for the lock and Justin helped us arranged it. It was fuss free and at no cost. Customer service is very impressive from the team. Very happy with the product and service 👍🏻

Please think twice before engaging them. don't buy from them. super bad after sales service. message them since 8plus am and no one respond at all. I contacted MANY door and digital lock companies to get more information before choosing a showroom to look at the products. My Digital Lock seemed to have a better variety of main doors and metal gates, so I decided to head down to their showroom at Ubi Vertex to just have a look. Note that I am a very picky person when it comes to aesthetics, but at the same time not willing to pay a lot of money 😂. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing when I stepped in, I was hoping that there is something nice enough that won’t burn my pockets. The salesperson, Justin, was with another customer, but he made sure to greet me and inform me that he will attend to me once he is available. He gave me some catalogues to see before going back to his other customer. The moment he passed me a laminates catalogue from Arova and said I can choose any laminate from that company or from any other popular laminates company, I was won over because these companies have awesome solid colour laminates, unlike the inhouse door laminates that most retailers carry. Justin then attended to me and was not pushy at all, gave good advice without being condescending, gave us space to discuss among ourselves, not intrusive, and gave us a very good deal! I am so glad that I chose My Digital Lock, and that I was served by Justin.
