I have engaged First Curtains for installation of zip blind. The first installation had some issues with the blind but David Toh was quick and responsive to the rectification requests. After a few rectification, First Curtains offered to replace the entire set of zip blind at no cost on me, which to me demonstrated an excellent after sale service, and deserve commentable reviews.

Managed to engage First Curtains after few rounds of searching of blinds from other companies. Emailed David for the free quotation and he responded very fast. We asked him to come down to our house for measurements and looking through at the designs samples. After the measurements, he quoted us with very affordable price. We cannot say no. We took Venetian blinds for living rooms and combi blinds for our rooms. The team did a great job in installing the blinds. Very fast. Overall we are very satisfied with the purchase. We will definitely recommend First Curtains to family and Friends. 😄

My curtain keep dropping for years , had asked some handyman came reinstall before , but dropped again after few months . Online found first curtain , and gave a try , met David for a suggestion and Q, his guys came this morning , professional, friendly and efficient. Used First Curtains first time for curtains dry cleaning . I am impressed ! Phone messages arrangement with David was prompt and hassle-free. After reading the reviews, my wife and I went to this shop in Toh Guan Center on a Sunday. Devin showed us options and we shortlisted what we wanted in 30 min. Devin came to our house for measurements on next Wednesday. I made a deposit on Wednesday and the curtains were installed today (Saturday) afternoon. Though they said they will try their best to install with in 3-5 days, they kept their commitment. Very happy with their work and service. Price is also reasonable - value for money. will not hesitate to recommend.

I've been patronising First Curtains (David) for the past 10 years. This is my 3rd time engaging them. Highly recommended! David provided good advices and is transparent on the pros and cons about the different types of curtains. Unlike other salesman, he neither push sales nor recommend only the expensive curtains. The installers were fantastic too. They are patient and the workmanship is good. Installer uncle even helped me to catch a cockroach in my new home and add some nails to hang my paintings. Came across First Curtains on google and decided to take a chance, based on their stellar reviews. They sure did not disappoint. Devin was responsible, prompt and responsive. There was a small issue with one of the blinds, which was my fault. But they came on the same day, took it down, brought it back for alteration and reinstalled it all within a few days. Plus their guys are always punctual. In fact, when I arrived at the appointed time, they were already there waiting! Highly highly recommended!

Very dissapointed with the installation screw up..didnt ordered any cream color in the first place but they mixed up the order. Had house warming the following day and had to answer our guests on why our blinds had different colors on the same window..really embarrasing..
