Horrifying experience. Booked a post HIP cleaning service. Deposit was paid to secure time. The night before, received a whatsapp to say that cleaning products have been delivered at 10pm. The folks were asleep and I was overseas so I trusted the message and nobody checked. Appointment time came at 9am and no one to be seen. Earlier messages was to give one hour buffer time. 10am came and something seems off. Nobody was responding on whatsapp and to my parent's surprise there was no cleaning products delivered at all. (Checked all the riser etc). Phone calls were made one after another and if we made a direct line call, it was a empty number. Obviously feeling like it was a scam, we made a last resort to call the number I paid my deposit to and joker on the phone said he was not aware of this whole situation. Great way to do a business sir, I will not name shame on a review. Obviously since we had zero replies and respond, we made a police report for scam. A good half a day later, I received a message from the whatsapp ASKING FOR THE REMAINING DEPOSIT AMOUNT. After clarifying the whole "misunderstanding" I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. No thank you sir. To those reading this, engage at your own mental health risk :) Won't even give this a single star.

Engaged them with high expectations for my post reno cleaning but sadly, left with disappointments. Windows and kitchen wall tiles were cleaned diligently but those were the only things done in proper. They said they are open to feedback but when we sent them a list of good and bad scope, got ignored. Not punctual, supervisor was rude and rushing, mopping was done poorly with clear visible stains, aircons were not wiped until we had to check. Seems like the cleaners only wipe what can be seen and not what cannot be seen which is very slipshot and shoddy work. I suggest if you engage them, make sure all surfaces are cleaned and not just the visible parts. Overall, below satisfactory.

Customer service is bad. This company can just ignore and ghost you, left you hanging, waiting for answers. You can try text them.. but I suggest contacting a few as I guarantee you will be disappointed. Try to imagine if they dont turn up or forget about the services you ordered 😅

For HIP dust proofing: 1. Late by about an hour 2. Quality of plastic cover: thin and easy to tear 3. After dust proofing, left their tools near my doorstep for more than twenty four hours obstructing HIP workers. For Post HIP cleaning - I already confirmed with them again the day before the appointed cleaning date but - Text me about half an hour after appointed time to say they cannot do cleaning on that day because of vehicle breakdown. - no spare vehicle - insisting they cannot perform the cleaning on the appointed day even though I told them I have painting arranged on the following day Despite all it's good reviews, I am extremely disappointed with this company. This company has lost all its credibility in my opinion. I will never want to deal with such a business ever again.

Deep cleaning service was top notch. My unit hasn’t been cleaned in months and they handled it like pros. Very responsive on WhatsApp, and came fully equipped. Highly recommend Athena for any major cleaning jobs!

Got a very urgent request (the day before) for move out cleaning, message very responsive and the team did a very very thorough work for cleaning. My housemate have cats and they really take their time to clean every corner to make sure there is no fur and so on. Got over time a bit but was very grateful for their doings

Engaged anthena for a move out clean. Was told it would be 4 hours but cleaners only took 2 hours and 45 mins. I realised after cleaning due to dark floors that floors still incredibly dirty

Engaged Athena for dust proofing and post renovation cleaning. Was a smooth process messaging Athena 2 months beforehand and providing the renovation dates closer to the date. Dust proofing by the two ladies was neatly done and the tapes held up well. Another two ladies came for cleaning and it was also done thoroughly. My family members were also around both days to shift some heavier furniture as expected. Terms and conditions of the HIP dust proofing and cleaning were also clearly provided. Would recommend!

Engaged their services last year for HIP Dust-proofing and painting. Agree with other reviews that this company is dishonest and to be avoided. I engaged their services because I could not be home to oversee the dustproofing, and they promised furniture moving services. My elderly mother was the only person at home. I got a call at 9am on the day of service from my mother, informing me that Athena only sent down 1 female staff member for the entire project, and that the staff was not strong enough to move furniture. This company made my mother go down to the streets to beg strangers for help to come to our house and move our furniture for us. I called to the supervisor to ask what was going on, and he told me that one of his staff was on medical leave and hence they only sent one as they had no other staff available. Is this my problem as a customer? Instead of apologising or offering any form of partial refund, he blamed us for having "heavy furniture". Is that not the point of your furniture moving service? This is after I paid thousands for their services to help us through a stressful period. As if this wasn't enough, before engaging their services I made sure to negotiate in detail with the supervisor and settle on a final price. On the day of repainting again when I was not home, their staff informed my mother that she needed to top up another few hundred dollars for paint. With no choice, she paid the fee. Looking back, I should've just brought this case up to the Small Claims Court. Engage them at your own risk.

The Athena Team did a fantastic sealant paint job of our ceiling. Every inch of bedroom walls, bed etc. were well covered with plastic sheets prior to commencement, and entire place was thoroughly cleaned up - thereafter 👍 I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Engaged Athena Team Cleaning for Post-Renovation Cleaning for my entire home. With 3 helpers completing the job in just 2 hours, I was impressed by their efficiency and speed! They tackled high & unreachable areas even the corners swiftly with their own cleaning equipments, leaving my house looking refreshed. While the overall results were good, there’s room for improvement in attention to detail and cleanliness standards. I have given them feedback on this so they can improve, and they acknowledged. 1. I hv a used dining plate n butter knife in the kitchen sink and they pour the pail of dirty water into the kitchen sink. Would be good if they take it out...so I can wash it up later. 2. I have yet to wash the butter knife in the kitchen sink, she rinsed with water and put it into the utensil rack. 3. The chopstick they used to clean the windows, it ended up in my utensils rack. 4. Kitchen stove, didn't put the rack back properly or maybe can ask if they didn't know how to put it back. Imagine if I used and it slides down, things could be bad. 5.One corner of the window with spider Web is not cleaned off. 6. Toilet floor corners not washed (see photo) 7. Toilet sink hole not brushed (see photo) 8. My Toilet sliding door started to screech. It doesn't screech before they come. 10. Understand they don't clean blinds, but if they see lumps of dust, maybe can just take off the dust instead of it hanging there. (See photo)

One of the worst experience!! Booked for a survey/inspection and asked for a quotation. As discussed, visited by Zen but later no responses inspite of continuos follow ups and calls. If you want to save time, would not recommend Athena Cleaning. Felt like a nightmare!!

Athena send their cleaning device & materials one day before the cleaning scheduled date. Two helpers came punctually infact 10mins earlier. Though I had communicatIon issue it was resolved through Zen as they speak basic English. Thereafter the 2 helpers did their job satisfactorily and 10mins earlier also. They were dedicated in their work and tried their best to do a good job. 👍🏻 I would seek your service again. Thank you Athena!

Dust proofing team will not assist to move furniture i.e. table, fridge/freezer etc, they will let you know on the spot what to move and where to move, therefore, need to ensure you have your own family/help onsite to help shift furnitures. It will be good to at least cover up some of the harder-to-clean furniture first as the dust proofing may not withstand the entire renovation period I.e. tapes may drop after coming into contact with dusts over the days. Ensure you have your own roll of masking tapes and plastic sheets to mend the holes/holes over the renovation period.

The team was punctual and came fully equiped. They started right away after understanding our concern. After 4 hours, they did not rush the job, they took pride to completed all the cleaning. We are satisfied with the post-tenancy cleaning. All cost was transparent and easy to understand.

My parents were on a work trip and I wanted to surprise them with a clean sparkling house when they came back. A friend recommended Athena Team Cleaning Services. The 3 ladies who came over did an amazing job - they made sure to clean every spot, even the ones that were hard to reach or are otherwise neglected. If they spotted something that wasn’t right, they would go out of the way to clean it. Didn’t feel like they were rushing to get the job done and all of them were super genuine. Definitely engaging them for their services again!

We engaged Athena Team Cleaning after our recent HIP upgrading of bathrooms by the town council. The company owned by a young boss, is providing cleaning of apartments for the convenience of owners. The cleaning service fee is reasonable and the 3 manpower took 3 hours. They were punctual for the appointment, hardworking & meticulous in their work. I would refer Athena Team Cleaning for any household cleaning tasks.
