Hello , I would like to give feedback for Khin Phyo Lwin who helped with cleaning my house. She did a very good job overall. The house was cleaned thoroughly, especially the floors and living areas, which were neat and well-organized. She was punctual, polite, and worked efficiently throughout the session. I appreciate her attention to detail and the effort she put into making the house look clean and comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with her service and would recommend her for house cleaning.

Ms Mas Law Mi takes her cleaning duties seriously and is able to carry out the tasks I assign quite well. There are even some areas where she gets the job done without needing much instruction. I appreciate her proactive attitude, efficiency, and her ability to spot things that need attention. Occasionally, she may not arrive exactly on time, but I understand the traffic situation during the morning rush hour, so occasional lateness is acceptable.

Updated: Been using Helperoo for a while now. As they are getting more popular, most helpers are booked out ahead of time. While Helpers are generally been really good, I've experienced quite a few last minute replacements. I am extremely thankful to have come across Shwe Sin. She's diligent, tidy and learns tasks well so she can clean without supervision. She's also very friendly and honest. I hope there are more of Shwe Sin's around.

Trying to set up a one time cleaning service 1.5 months in advance. Spent time discussing what was needed, sent photos etc all over the course of 2-3 days. In the end, they messaged that they have an "overwhelming wait list and cannot guarantee" a slot for Dec. When I probed and said my dates were flexible, they gave me the same templated response. Don't bother engaging with them - what a waste of time!

I engaged Thin Thin’s cleaning services via Helperoo, and she has cleaned our apartment for the past two Mondays. She is friendly, professional and thorough, and takes the initiative to ensure that our place is clean and tidy. My elderly mother - who can be very particular - is very satisfied with Thin Thin’s work, which says a great deal. I have booked her for our weekly housecleaning for the next month, and look forward to having her do so for the foreseeable future. Communications from the Helperoo team are also clear and detailed, including supplying a questionnaire to help us distill our requirements. Recommended!

I was assigned helper, Nu Nu Win. I am very impressed and satisfied by her quality and attitude. She is very meticulous and offer to help with chores that were originally not assigned. I would definitely recommend Helperoo and hope to be assigned to Nu Nu Win for my next cleaning session.

My helper is aye aye nyein. She is literally the best helper ever. She let me have peace of mind. I do not need to say much. She know what to do. I always looking forward to see her on Tuesday because I know , I will come back home with a sparkling clean and neat house. I recently used Helperoo for a few cleaning sessions and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the cleaners were friendly there was damage caused to my sink during the service. When I raised the issue, the company initially suggested the damage was pre-existing, which I found disheartening. They did offer to repair it as a goodwill gesture, but after my experience, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with their services. I appreciate their communication throughout the process, but overall, I was left feeling dissatisfied and would be cautious about recommending them to others.

Decided to give Helperoo a try because Helpling's customer service really cmi. I think Helperoo is just a tad bit more expensive ($1 or $2?) but I appreciate the simple, transparent and straightforwardness without all the random service fee, combined with discount codes and stuff The responsive customer service assigned Thin Thin Soe (Soe Soe) for us. She was on the dot punctual, polite and took instructions earnestly. She was very thorough and goes above and beyond - I was even surprised that the dust at the corners of the house were wiped clean. Before she left, she also provided advice on which cloth, or cleaning materials we can consider getting for better results. Recommended and looking forward to having Thin Thin Soe again :)
