Did my post-renovation and formaldehyde cleaning under the Team Leader Mercy. Mercy and her team were incredibly thorough and offered to re-do certain areas that still had strong formaldehyde levels until we were satisfied. Altogether the pricing was $498 for the deep cleaning, $300 for the post-renovation cleaning and $50 for the exterior window cleaning. They will do cement and paint removal cleaning for an extra charge unfortunately.

Booking a deep cleaning service with MCAAS was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Our home is around 600 sq ft, and they sent a team of six. Every single person worked incredibly hard for nearly four hours and made sure every corner of the house was thoroughly cleaned. A special thank you to Mercy for leading the team so professionally. She audited every area before I checked it myself, and if something didn’t meet her standards, she immediately had it redone. That level of attention to detail gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. We received our home in quite a dirty condition, and there were stains I had personally tried to remove without success. MCAAS managed to get rid of them and left the entire place absolutely spotless and squeaky clean. The service exceeded all of my expectations and was far better than any other deep cleaning service I’ve used before. I’m beyond happy with the results and would highly recommend MCAAS to anyone looking for a truly thorough deep clean.

We strongly recommend MCAAS Cleaners. We engaged them for end-of-tenancy cleaning after we had lived in our rental flat for over a decade. After so long, there was a lot to clean! Mercy and her team of cleaners showed up on time, bringing everything from bags of cleaning rags to ladders and all necessary cleaning products and equipment. Mercy did a great job coordinating the team, while also working on the cleaning. Where the team noticed things that were damaged or needed cleaning beyond the agreed scope, she highlighted these clearly and promptly so we could decide how to best address those. Every single inch of the flat was meticulously and thoroughly cleaned, and Mercy carefully checked the whole flat herself to ensure everything was spotless. Our landlord was delighted with the condition of the flat after we moved out…and we received our deposit back in full! Thank you so much, Mercy and team!

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to MCAAS Solutions for helping us clean a house that was in a severely deteriorated state. The condition of the house was overwhelming, but the team took on the challenge with professionalism, dedication, and a positive attitude. Before the cleaning even started, I was already impressed by the administrative team. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and patient in handling all my initial inquiries. They answered all my questions promptly and were completely transparent about the pricing, which gave me confidence and peace of mind from the very beginning. A special thank you to Mercy, the team leader, and her amazing team members: Sapay, Blessing, Nang, Thae, Myat, Zin, Balvinder, Vinod, and Kamal. Every one of them was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly thorough in their work. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure every corner of the house was properly cleaned. The transformation was truly remarkable, and I could hardly believe the difference when they were done. What seemed like an impossible task was completed to an incredibly high standard. I am genuinely grateful for their efforts and so glad I found MCAAS Solutions. From the responsive administrative team to the hardworking cleaning crew on the ground, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I highly recommend MCAAS Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, and professional cleaning services, especially for homes that require extensive cleaning and restoration. Thank you once again to Mercy and the entire team for your outstanding work!

Munisha (team leader) and her team did another fantastic job this time (spring cleaning prior to the Lunar New Year). From the last experience of post renovation cleaning, I requested for the same team this round. Due to manpower arrangement, we have almost a new team yet as efficient. Team leader, Munisha, who is expecting yet displayed her leadership skills and professionalism by briefing the team on the tasks to work on after I showed her around the house with areas that need extra attention. The team of ladies were very thorough especially with the windows and floor cleaning leaving a new shine to my house. The boys are a bit shy but will obliged when found areas that need more scrubbing. Munisha also gave a heads up on the estimated time required to complete the job (mine, she was spot on!). Overall, very satisfied with the job done. My family members are pleased with the cleaning. I will be engaging MCAAS in the future and strongly recommend MCAAS for cleaning of all purposes. Keep up the good work, team! Best, Ms. Cheng

I booked a professional cleaning package to deep clean the house I’m moving into. Mercy and her team did an excellent job. Mercy has high attention to detail, proactive response in keeping me posted with the cleaning progress, clarifying whenever there’s a doubt and also recommending what’s the best cleaning method for specific areas. She was very diligent and courteous, ensuring the cleanliness was up to my expectations and reworking areas that I felt needed more attention. I’m very pleased and grateful for the patience and dedication Mercy and her team provided me today. The support team I engaged with for the booking were also great, giving me a thorough walkthrough of their services, what are my areas of concern, what to expect and the costs involved. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you ☺️

I would like to commend Mercy and her team members Nang and Thae for their great efforts in doing post reno cleaning for my 2 room HDB flat. I also did extra services for paint removal and cleaning of the exterior of windows. They spent more time than required to make sure that the work is done. When I spotted some stains on my pattern tiled floor after the team is gone , and I contacted MCCAS Solution in-charge, Subbiah, he is willing to send his team back another day to clean up the additional stains without extra costs. For this, I applaud their professionalism and detailed cleaning. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers :) My house is spanking clean now. Thanks!

Engaged MCAAS Solutions for my post-renovation cleaning, including shampooing my sofa, dining cushions, and mattress. Munisha and her team were amazing — they removed mould and most stains from my mattress, and it looks almost new! I was so impressed I added more items on the spot, like my pillows and an extra sateen cushion. The team was meticulous and thorough, and the extra cost was reasonable. My home feels spotless and fresh now — my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Will definitely use their services again.

Arranged a bi-weekly clean for my elderly mum's house this Nov. Even though it was on the pricey side of $30/h for 2h to just clean a small studio apartment, my mum liked the cleaner, Thae, and decided to engage her services. She even exchanged mobile numbers with her. Unfortunately, on the 3rd clean, Thae did not show up. My mum tried to contact Thae several times to no avail. She also tried to contact MCAAS. So did I. MCAAS never replied to our Whatsapp messages or returned our calls. Both the cleaner and the cleaning company just ghosted us. No explanations, no replies, no calls. Nothing. This is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. We will not engage their services again.

We needed a team to help us get the house ready for the new tenant. Munisha and her team spent more than 7hrs to clean our 3bed apartment. Very detailed and will highlight areas that may already have defects. More importantly, suggest extra cleaning where needed eg oven degreasing. V Satisfied with the job! Thank you
