I am posting this review in response to David C's review below. The cleaning agents did a good job in cleaning up the place at the end of our tenancy, and were kind and patient enough to deal with a complicated situation. The new tenant, David C, who was taking over my tenancy was not supposed to be on site at the time of the cleaning. However, he was there, and his presence obstructed the cleaning agents from doing their job. Not only did he verbally abuse the cleaning agents, he also abused the customer service staff of the company, Carol (whom I, as the paying customer who engaged CWCS's services, spoke to on the phone later). Towards the end of the cleaning, David C also exploited the cleaning agents by forcing them to help him move his personal items into the unit, locked them inside the unit, and refused to let them leave. Despite this dramatic saga, upon checking, the unit was cleaned to satisfactory standards. The company was also kind enough to accede to additional demands of David C (beyond my control), such as providing additional equipment at their own cost, which were not part of the package. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning services and customer service. Thank you.

The cleaning lady sent was good but the company has very lousy and rude admin support. They will send multiple reminders about payment even after payment has been done. During this Covid season, the onus is on yourself to check if the cleaner is healthy for work (pre FET, hopefully better now). Company does not instruct them on safety measures and definitely does not monitor. When feedback is given, they choose to give excuses instead of acknowledging and addressing client’s concerns.

They comw to my house with 4 bottles of cleaning products that you can find in value dollar. Not a single professional cleaning product neither a ladder to clean my cabinets. I am the one received the cleaning, yes, I am one of your customer. 4 bottles for cleaning and not even a ladder. Please stay away of this company. Not good for a deep cleaning, maybe just a regular weekly cleaner.

I do not advise! I ordered Move in / out cleaning for 1 bedroom apartment, 2 women came on the weekend, stayed with us for 3 hours, I came 3 hours later, they had not finished yet, but they said that it was done. I pointed out to them that it was not washed (and this is equipment in the kitchen, bathroom, sink, etc.), given that no one has lived in this apartment for 2 weeks and there is no furniture at all, it is very easy to wash everything. As a result, after 20 minutes we arrived, the floor was sticky, as if the rag hadn't been washed at all in all these 3 hours, stains on the tiles, papers in the bathroom on the floor and a loose mixer in the bathroom. The next morning I checked again, the floor was the same sticky everywhere! I had to wash everything myself before handing over to the landlord: the floor, the tiles in the bathroom, the toilet! kitchen (sink) wall. And this is taking into account the fact that I bought them all new and excellent quality detergents for washing everything in the world! All possible brushes and rags, gloves, everything new and expensive! Why should I wash after your cleaning? I paid 180 $!

Don’t. Just don’t. I availed of spring cleaning package for 2 BR (3room hdb). They didn’t get to the 2nd room, only 1 room serviced. My floor wasn’t cleaned, surfaces were not wiped and my chairs were left dusty. No answer when contacted. Attempting to post photos of their job (bad job) they did at “cleaning” but there’s no option.

Review on the website was not posted, seems like they are only willingly to post good review. Didnt want to post a review originally but the customer service is simply awful. Aside from the poor work done, decided to end my service with them, last session helper broke my window, customer service claim its my windows bad condition, all right i accept that, told them i count myself unlucky, customer service decided to push on and claim it was lucky that my "failed mechanism" got no one hurt and i should check all my other window. Told them nvm but still got blamed, wanted to end the conversation but they went on. Submitted a review on the webpage and was immediately whatsapped with me giving unreasonable review, tell me i m having wrong perception that all customer is reasonable and right. well i do agree with that but which customer service tell customer directly that they are unreasonable? ( plus i wasnt even persistent on compensation of my broken window). i dropped the issue in 2 text messages, its only the bad service which pushed it on.

Engaged the company for cleaning services on a weekend for 3 hrs. Cleaner came and started work. We went out to settle some stuff. The cleaner asked my son to called me 2 hrs later that she finished everything and wanted to leave. I asked if she can clean the kitchen hob as well. She did it in 15 mins and wanted to leave, calling me again. So I asked if she can iron clothes, though I know it's not the company policy and asked the company staff, William if it's ok. He agreed so long the cleaner is fine. Everything went ok. The next day, the cleaner claimed that I rushed her to finish everything and iron the clothes. The best part is here. I called the company to seek clarifications. But the company don want to answer my calls and can only communicate via watsapp. No matter what happens, no answering of calls. I simply don understand. We got engaged in lengthy watsapps trying to understand each other and nothing gets out of it. Very disappointing and poor service by the company.

Engaged CW Cleaning Services for ad-hoc general cleaning and was pleased with the outcome. The assigned cleaner, Abdul was very hardworking and took the initiative to give us suggestion on how to solve the drainage problem that we have been grappling with for the past few months. Will definitely engage them again!

I am disappointed with the customer service team. I have to follow up on my own twice to check if anyone is coming to clean the house. Later on, they told me that the helper was injured. I never blame the helper. This is an unforseen circumstances. I asked the staff why they did not call the helper a day in advance to confirm. They did not answer my question. There was a lot of exchanges of messages on whatsapp, but never provide me a solution or a call was made to me. I kept asking whether i will get a replacement. They kept messaging me to say, if I am not happy then provide my 'negative' feedback (their exact words) In the end, they told me that if I am unhappy, i can feedback on their website and accused me of threatening them. I never threaten them. I have the messages to show it. I would be glad to provide the boss of the conpany the exchanges of messages.

Poor customer service, took my business elsewhere. Edit reply: i was shocked to receive such poor professionalism from this company despite all the positive reviews i seen from here. Its too bad that your customer service was in a hurry to cancel my request and was not keen in engaging a helper for me. I found another company who is happy to work, therefore will not be emailing to resolve this issue.

Excellent and prompt customer service. They manage to find me a weekly cleaner at short notice. They recommended me my current cleaner Vic who does a very good job of cleaning the house, much better than my previous cleaner. It is better to go through them as they have a big pool of cleaners, and I trust them that the cleaners are of a certain standard. What's more, their charges are very reasonable and there is no 1 time agency fees like other agencies. Thumbs up 👍

Carol's service as the agent is superb. She's very customer oriented and tries her best to match home owners' requirements with the appropriate helpers. I go back to her if I experienced any issues with the helpers and she will manage them. A few of the helpers I had provide good service as well.

Have been using this agency for 3 months for regular weekly cleaning. Very prompt service, they have been very helpful and adjusting whenever we requested for replacement or change of date. Our regular helper, Vic, is fast, thorough and honest .
