Hard no. Poor job at cleaning, always comes late and leaves very early. Asks for food and picky when provided biscuits. Spend your money elsewhere and save your sanity.

Hi, I would like to give an honest review. The cleaner who came to my house did a very poor job, and I’m quite upset with the service. My toilet was not properly cleaned I had to check and found soap stains on the glass, dirt still in the drain, and the toilet bowl was not scrubbed properly as there were still visible stains. Additionally, the floor was left with white stains, and the mixers/taps were not wiped down. I engaged the service because I’m currently unwell and needed help; otherwise, I would have cleaned it myself. I even tried to guide her on how to clean properly during the session. For the price paid, the service was not satisfactory. I hope you can provide better training, as doing the job properly will prevent complaints from clients. I also hope this does not happen to others in the future. Thank you.

Our condo's common gym was looking grimy. The management hired Cleaning Ninja for a one-off deep sanitisation. They cleaned every machine, weight, and mat thoroughly. The residents have been complimenting how fresh and clean it feels ever since.

This is the first time engaging cleaning ninja service. I’m quite surprised it’s a really young Indian lady as cleaner. As I engaged cleaners before from Helpling and Urban Cleaning, the cleanliness standard is definitely inadequate. And that explains the price. Spring cleaning priced at $150/6 hrs one cleaner. 2 stars for the standard, another for price and quick responses. 1) My kitchen stick on tile to prevent oil, the outer layer was damaged. So it’s like patches here and there. 2) My clip on extended table was damaged. Wood pcs fell out. Probably used force resulting the wood piece came off from the metal clips. 3) Left dirty cloth on our sleeping pillow…omgosh 4) Toilet cleaning standard is not even pass. I can differentiate very well if it’s scrubbed properly. Although she worked overtime for additional 10-15 mins, my in law helped a lot over the entire cleaning session. So ya, imo the cleaning standard is just meh. I’m not really expert myself but pretty sure I clean better than her…Especially toilet. Will definitely opt to pay more next year for professional cleaners.

Hired Cleaning Ninja for end-of-tenancy clean and they did an amazing job. Every surface spotless, even the oven and grout lines sparkling. Team was polite, efficient, and finished faster than expected. No shortcuts, very thorough one. House handed over perfect, landlord happy too. Will book them again for sure!

Cleaning Ninja handled our end-of-tenancy clean. The landlord did a white-glove inspection and found zero issues-we got our full deposit back. They were meticulous, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, removing limescale and grout stains we thought were permanent. Highly recommended for move-out cleans.

We engaged this cleaning agency for two package cycles over the past year. Unfortunately, the service quality has been inconsistent. The assigned cleaners were frequently late — sometimes up to 2 hours — which caused significant inconvenience as we had to wait for scheduled appointments. We previously raised feedback about a cleaner who did a poor job. The agency did send a replacement for the next session, but even then, the cleaner arrived late. Despite booking our final session two weeks in advance with a confirmed date and time, the cleaner was late again. While we appreciate the efforts to rectify issues, the repeated inconsistency in punctuality and cleaning quality has led us to decide not to continue with their services.

Do not recommend! Staff are clearly UNTRAINED and INEXPERIENCED. Sloppy work. An extremely unpleasant experience. Waste of time and money. Bought: package of 4 (3hr each) sessions. To clean a 80sqm unit (3bed 2bath). 1st session: Person spoke very little English. Sped through the cleaning (thought it was because she was experienced). Showed her the different cloths to use, yet still used mainly 1 cloth throughout the whole house. Had to find more things to do, yet cleaning only took 2.5hrs. Once she left, I had to touch up a lot of things (corners, surfaces, fixtures). Overall cleaning effectiveness 50%/100%. 2nd session: Same person from session 1. Speed of cleaning was even faster than previous. Reminded her to use different cloths, but did not listen. In fact she used my MagicClean glass cleaner throughout the entire house even though I said it was for glass only. She even denied using it on my wood table even though I saw her do so. I had to do the same touch up as session 1. Overall cleaning effectiveness 50%/100%. Asked for them to send someone who is more thorough and attentive for the next session. 3rd session: They sent someone different. Worse. Extremely slow and not even thorough! Said she was done with the bathroom, but did not even clean the tap fixtures, wash the shampoo ledge, or backsplash (didn’t even bother to move away any of the bottles) or scrub the floor grout despite spending more time in the bathroom. Don’t even know how to use a vacuum. Did not even shift furniture around when mopping and cleaning. I might as well have done the cleaning on my own. Session 4: None. I demanded a refund.

The worst cleaning service I have ever encountered. Extremely sloppy work. Complained and admin gave me an additional hour for free - which she left in 30 mins. She didn’t even ask if I needed anything else done, she just assumed her work was done. Every time i ask if she have wiped down a certain area or not, her answer is always yes but it was visibly dusty. And I had to literally ask if she have cleaned every corner. Like the other 1 star comments, I had to clean up after her. All the rags, cleaning tools she used, she didn’t at least put it together. It was left where she last used it - which is all over the house lol. I feel more tired than if I cleaned the house myself. So frustrating. I will not use their service again, neither will I recommend. All photos are after I asked her if she has cleaned the area and her answers were always yes.

Very disappointed with the cleaning service. These pics speak for itself, this is AFTER she cleans the window. When we told her the window is not cleaned thoroughly, she blamed it on our cloth (we gave her various type to choose!) and gave us a black face. We engage her for 8 hours of service but we told her to leave 3 hours ahead of time because of her shoddy work. Will not engage from cleaning ninja again!

Worst experience ever! Cleaners always late, leave early, messy cleaning service, every time have to clean another round by ourselves after their service, bad attitude, cleaning very very slow! 1 of the cleaners having phone call throughout the whole session, used our phone charger without asking. Scheduling is difficult, cancellation, errors, issues keep coming. Their service is really bad, better spend your money else where!
