I was recommended to this company by my friend. This is very user friendly with no fuss.. Just simply watsapp as and when you want a part time hire with no specific requirements like fixed date, fixed routine, etc. Meme the part time hire is always so punctual, attentive to my instructions and quick on catching what's required. Payment is per visit and response is always prompt.

Starting when she was here, was just, just fine but she got worse after... her cleaning wise, was not up to my mum's requirement and was such a disppointment...

12. 1.0Hwawa L.14 Apr 2026

Very disappointing experience with this trial cleaning service. Luckily its a trial. The cleaner spent 3 hours at my 4-room flat but only managed to clean all the windows, change one set of bedsheets and wash two toilets. The work pace was extremely slow and far below expectations. For the amount of time (and cost), the service provided was not value for money at all. I expected a much higher level of efficiency and coverage within 3 hours. The quality of work was also poor. The cloth used remained badly stained even after washing by their cleaner which raises concerns about hygiene standards and professionalism. I have attached the photos for reference. I had used my mini washer to wash again and you can see how dirty the water is. Overall, this service does not justify the price paid. Poor efficiency, questionable cleanliness, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this company.

    Response from the business

Hi Hwawa Lei, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us again. As we mentioned previously, our cleaner did her best and worked without taking a break. She has also apologised for not being able to meet your expectations. She later explained that with the scope of work given, she would have been able to complete everything if the session was four hours instead of three. A significant amount of time was spent cleaning both the inside and outside of the windows. We take your comments seriously and will continue working on areas where we can improve. Thank you.
