I am really happy with the Post-Renovation Cleaning service carried out by the KMAC team led by Yang Lu. Firstly, I appreciated the thorough walk-through with Yang Lu before the cleaning started, where he explained their standard operating procedure, pointed out every nook and cranny that they would clean, and set expectations together. Afterward, we walked through again together and checked all the places where cleaning was promised (100% spick and span!) Yang Lu also very helpfully (of his own initiative) pointed out small defects spotted when cleaning so we could rectify them before we moved in. He also took immense pride in his work, led his team well, and was extremely committed to achieving customer satisfaction. His joyful dedication to excellence leads to a positive, stress-free customer experience. With Yang Lu, you can rest assured that your home will be in good hands. KMAC provided an excellent cleaning service. The work was detailed and the team was very kind and professional throughout. It's frustrating and disappointing that the company does not bother to inform customer when the cleaner is unable to come for the scheduled cleaning session. Have been using KMAC for quite some time. Communication is poor and the assigned cleaner is always on MC. Time to look for an alternative cleaning company.

KMAC is extremely disappointing. The operations team takes weeks to respond and often replies last minute. Any request for timing changes takes forever, if they reply at all. When the cleaner is on leave, there is no prior notice given. Even simple requests like rescheduling for a public holiday go unanswered. Very poor communication and unreliable service.

We engaged KMAC for a deep cleaning of our house and they did a good job. I'm particularly impressed with the deep cleaning of the cooker hob and surrounding cupboards, no greasy feeling left at all and the hob's clean as new. Yang Lu and team communicated well, this is our 2nd time hiring them.

She is knowledgeable & efficient & know exactly how to use the dolphin hydro cleaner on all our mattressess as my family are very allergic to dustmites. Used them for deep cleaning and carpet vacuuming of my house. The team led by Han was very thorough and responsible. Even though time taken was longer than they expected, they made sure the job was done well before they ended their day. Stark difference from another previous provider that tried to leave within 5 hours. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough job done for their house.

Been a KMAC customer for many years but this is the first time I hired them for spring cleaning. Not cheap but I would say really value for money. The Team Lead Yanglu explained in detail what his team will clean and what is not included to align expectations from the get go. His team tries their best to meet my requests and ensured places in the house where I didn't even think of is cleaned. They stayed from 3pm to 8pm and at the end of the session walked through the house again with us to ensure we are satisfied before leaving. I'll definitely recommend this team of cleaners under Yanglus leadership.

Would never engage them with vinyl flooring coating anymore. The deep cleaning and coating done as if there is no coating. Before i did with them, my flooring was not prone to scratches but after their services my flooring had sooo much scratches. They did my house so fast and not even proper. I have engaged someone else after them and what a total difference! When i complained to their admin, they just gave me textbook reply sigh. Regret engaging with them with no solution!! please be warned -

I do have a query, as directly right after cleaning (post renovation cleaning service) the incharge informed us to do the area check, we noticed that the floor was still dusty and powdery. So we brought it up to him. We were advised that because our floor was vinyl, only a deep cleaning service (charged at $700 per service) will be able to clear the dust otherwise in the words of the incharge "it will be like this." Then we decide to try and clean the floors ourselves by using a just simple scotch brite dry wipe (probably around $20) to go around sweeping one of the rooms. And surprisingly, it worked amazingly the floor no longer has that dusty or powdery feeling! So, we would just like to understand is this a commom practice where likewise to my situation the only way is to go through with a $700 service otherwise "it will be like this." ?

Decided to engage them for post-reno cleaning and did not regret the decision. Initially thought of doing it on our own as we encountered subpar standard cleaning with others before which felt like a waste of money. Our house was really clean after and the supervisor, Yang Lu did not rush us during the walk-through when we’re checking through every corner. So relieved that we didn’t have to worry much and major brownie points that they knew how to deal with our microcement flooring when conveying our needs to the backend support (Derrick). Great work from the team!

The one star is for Hon the supervisor. They just left my house minutes ago and I had to call them back to seek damage claim to my sink stopper - glad that I did a check with property agent yesterday so there’s witness. After the left, I found a hole to my newly polished parquet and when I tried calling no answer. Pls do not say that in their review I was satisfied, as your team tried cleaning and insisted me that soap scums on toilet wall tiles can’t be removed, toilet bowl stain also can’t be removed. Whe I tried removing it successfully in front of them, they claim I cleaned the easy to remove - I asked them then they should have been able too then they say they missed it. Anyone who wants to engage their service, pls make sure your toilet is not dirty because they will tell you cannot remove. Now I am waiting for them to contact me back as per promised by supervisor Hon.

I engaged KMAC’s DC Team (Han and team) for post-renovation cleaning, and they did a really solid job. They were detailed, thorough, and professional — not the kind who just do surface cleaning and leave. Before starting, they even asked if there were any specific areas to focus on, and after finishing, they got me to check through everything together to make sure I was happy with the results or if anything needed a touch-up. I really appreciated that — shows they actually care about doing a proper job. They were also patient, careful, and genuinely listened to what I said. They even cleaned behind the built-in carpentry and inside drawers, which many others might skip. Overall, I’m super satisfied with their work. Good team, great attitude, and very detailed. Definitely recommend KMAC if you want a post-reno clean that’s done properly.

They were polite, efficient and completed the cleaning under 5 hours. I was impressed that they will remove drawers from the structure to clean the interior. Overall a positive experience.
