⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to commend Pabitra Chandra from Everyworks for his excellent service and professionalism. Chandra was extremely thorough and attentive to every detail when inspecting my air-conditioning system. He took the time to carefully troubleshoot and pinpoint the actual source of the water leak, rather than simply addressing the symptoms. What impressed me most was his willingness to go the extra mile. He offered to help rectify the fault at no additional cost, even though it was beyond what I initially expected. His honesty, friendliness and genuine willingness to help are truly commendable. Chandra is the kind of air-conditioning technician every household would be fortunate to have — professional, knowledgeable, honest and customer-oriented. Excellent service and highly recommended! Thank you, Chandra, for your help and dedication. Much appreciated!

I came across DW Aircon on social media and requested a 12 pm appointment. Within five minutes, they arranged a same-day slot for me at 6:45 pm. Fast and hassle-free! Chandra arrived early and was very knowledgeable and experienced. Before cleaning the aircon in the room, he covered the desk area without being reminded. He also explained how to maintain the aircon and extend its lifespan. Chandra is a dedicated and careful person, and truly an asset to the company. Great service! Highly recommended!
