    When first engage time the respond is timely and fast, but after pay the initial deposit ($100) the respond is poor. The sales person name is Jasmine. Very unprofessional! 1) Delivery of empty boxes - 2 hours past the agreed delivery time and when I asked, than the Sales person told me its slightly late. Lack of proactiveness 2) Request for quote to send a shipment to Penang it took weeks also no respond. Fi ally given a quote after few reminder. Not engaging them since they are not keen for the business. 3) The mover on the day of moving is good, they came on time and being professional. 4) Collection of empty boxes after unpack. Promised and given the date to come for collection, ended up no show and no respond! I call back the young guy (one of the mover) to check if anyone is coming to collect, he suggest do not waste my time to wait, cos no one is working on Oct 7th (Sat). If this is the case, than why give me the date and arrange for pick up?!?! I waited from morning until 3pm!!! I still have the empty boxes with me, please come and collect from me on Oct 14th (Sat). Otherwise I will throw away the boxes without further reminder!!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Totally unprofessionals, scammers. These guys will go MIA after taking your money and they cannot fulfill their services. They have been reported to the appropriate authorities.

This is a one stop solution especially when response was fully through whatsapp, they were timely, responsive, professional and extremely friendly and responsible.
