1st visit - Cleaner did not arrive at all and does not pick up the phone. No one picks up the customer service line either. Horrible service.

So sorry to review their service, actually 1 start is too much for them. I should have read these reviews before. Fuss said their cleaner is sick one day before the service day (Monday), asked us to change the date to Wednesday. I said no as I am working, ask them to change the cleaner. On the day of service day, Fuss said the cleaner has been recovered. But I responded as we have a kid at home, we do not want to have person who may have virus and asked them to change the person or cancel my booking. I was not able to reach them or to be updated their status until 9-10 min before the original service time. They never picked up their phone or sent me reply until 10 mins before the original time. I won't use their service again, looks like I am not the only customer who was suffering from their low quality responsibility. I captured what'aapp chat with them but for some reason google does not allow me to upload the picture although I tried 5-6 times. I do not recommend their service at all.

Worst cleaning service engaged ever. Please do not try as they will Push all the responsibility away. Cleaner is always late. Message their customer service number and their customer service blocked me on what's app and scolded me instead and I have to accommodate to their timing instead. Spent whole afternoon for the past 2 weekend trying to get my house to be cleaned yet nothing has been done. Fuss.sg indeed living up to the company name. 👍🏻

System is very convenient and easy to use. Changes to timing is always flexible and requests are always accommodated. The helper that we chose is very good and at a very reasonable rate. I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for house cleaning services.
