    I wasn't satisfied with the overall experience,the work took longer than promised, and the process felt disorganized.

    Thank you, we had a great experience with supervisor Pandian and workers who did a thorough job to fix all our roof leakage problems. EDIT: I have to amend my 5 stars into 1 star as the roof is still leaking during heavy rain. We already tried fixing it once, but the problem remains. Even if the leak seems minor, it’s worrying to hear it each time it rains, and frustrating to feel like we must wait until it causes a hole in the roof before it can be properly addressed. I hope a lasting solution can be provided before the problem worsens.

    Very fast response. Professional job and the foreman, Pandian is very clear and accurate with his description of the problem and what they need to do to solve the problem. They are so confident with the job that they offer 2 year warranty on their repairs. As far as I know, the only waterproofing Company to offer this. And the best part is that their prices are very reasonable!
