Been using go cleaners for a year now. Customer Service is so good. The cleaners are also good. You get to test first which cleaner you want then book it for the whole package already. They are also flexible, usually getting 9-12 slot, but they will adjust it from time to time to 9:30am if i need to drop my son to school due to some activities. Plus, upon checking they have the cheapest package so far. 👌🏻

I’ve been using Go Cleaners for regular home cleaning for a year and it has been a really smooth and reliable experience so far. I opted for a fixed weekly slot, which means I get the same cleaner each time, and that has made a big difference. She already knows exactly what needs to be done in my home, so I don’t have to supervise or repeat instructions, which saves me a lot of time and mental energy. On the rare occasions when she’s on leave or unwell, the company has been quite prompt in arranging a replacement, so there’s no disruption to my schedule. Overall, I really appreciate the convenience and consistency, especially with a busy routine.

I used this company for the first time for my move-out. The cleaners were punctual (they came even 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time!), very efficient and did their great job. Knowing that the cleaning time is for about 3.5 hours, I asked them to help clean the balcony only if time allows, and they cleaned the huge balcony very well within the time frame and even finished 1 hour earlier than supposed schedule. I think my unit can be handed over to my landlord cleaner than when I was handed over thanks to them. Highly recommended.

I've used their cleaning service last year and the cleaner was ok but unfortunately the same cleaner was not working with them anymore so i've got a different one this time. For $25/hr, it's quite expensive as compared to other cleaning company and i expect my house to be cleaned properly for the amount i'm paying. Windows were still dusty at the corners, my blinds were not wiped off properly. They kept saying about general cleaning procedures and all when it's just basically wiping of stuffs. My shelves were still dusty too. I might as well clean the house myself and save my $100.

The assigned cleaner has built rapport with us and knows how to go about cleaning my house. The cleaner is friendly, detailed n thorough in her cleaning. Happy to continue the cleaning services with Go Cleaners!
