Very bad experience, poor communication. in WhatsApp they said they shall use their products but then they came without products. Also the lady came 40 minutes late, and didn’t speak English at all. I booked an intensive cleaning but they did a basic cleaning. Not recommended absolutely.

They hire extremely young girls who barely know how to clean and cook. They don't respect our preferences; they sent us girls who were afraid of animals even though I told them I had a cat and a dog. They don't find any solutions and leave us to take care of the employees they send to our place. And when we ask them to do their job - as manager, they call the girls and make them cry. What a horrible experience!

Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away if you can. Their typical way is: - Will make big promises to get your business; - Will send helpers you don’t want: - When you resist using the helper they send (because it was the helper you didn’t want), will lie about the helper and then threaten to charge cancellation fees; - Will arm-strong you to just pay irrespective of how bad the quality of service was. Really rude personnel who are disrespectful to customers’ requests and not support-oriented at all.

The maid arrived on time and I didn't need to rush her, she knew what to do by herself, my house was refreshed, thank you very much , i will book again in future

Extremely bad service . Today I asked to send someone at 8am no one showed up when I asked Steve he just forwarded a phone number I call her she says she is not well and then I call they arrange for 9 and never come I call them no response then says she incoming in 7 mins at 950 and it is 1015 no one is here . Never recommend this place to anyone as the person in charge don’t take responsibility and don’t answer my calls also . Very very bad service and the helpers work also not that great I have to keep going behind them and they leave things just like that !!!
