All aircon airflow very strong and no more leaking. Very professional of Steven and colleagues in doing the job. They covered up all your furniture with plastic cover for protection. 3. Diaries of A Travel F.

Anything but "good". Less than one month after servicing the aircon is leaking. One of the fastest aircon servicing job I have experienced. Don't even have the industry practice or courtesy to do a proper rectification of the leakage.

  6. Glenda Y.

First time engaged their service. Late for appt and did not informed. One boss man only and Aircon Service was fastest than usual. Also didn’t do a thorough job to check and cleaning the ac.. Message to ask Steven question the next day just some me a Google review link. No courtesy to call back to follow up.. I certainly would not recommend.

    Response from the business

Hi Glenda, thank you for your feedback. We just clarified with our technician, Steven and investigate the conversation. Regarding appointment timing, our technician had communicated with you one day in advance on the service day. The original agreed timing was 2.30-3pm or anytime after 3pm were acceptable. Our technician did inform you before arrival. You did called our technician to check on the arrival time as well. During the service process, the work was carried out in your presence throughout. The AC were cleaned and dismantled properly according to our SOP. Our technicians were trained and experienced At the point of service completion, no concerns were raised regarding the cleanliness and workmanship Therefore, we were disappointed to later come across this review. We still appreciate your feedback to help us improve further.
