Ms Jelline was very prompt in answering queries. Today sent Aallan for my house pest control.Allan is a very good technician. He worked dedicatedly. Issue of termite at my house in pasir ris in 2025. We engaged Greencare Pest Control. We were attended by Julia Peh and Mohd Nazrin. They did an excellent service, especially Mohd Nazrin who came and give good service and follow up too. We would definitely recommend Greencare to all customers who need pest control services for their dedicated service. Thumbs up to them.

Called on a fri night due to drywood termite and Eddie and Jelline respond very fast in the night. And Azhar who came to my house straightaway the next day on a Sat was on time and very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Needed an urgent service, very grateful that Julia is able to help me arranged a same day inspection amd disinfection. Julia is very approachable and understanding. Azhar the Ops Manager came to my hse in the afternoon and inspected my place and able to tell me where the roaches are coming from. He also explained to me patiently on the situation and help me carry out the disinfection. He also texted me the next day to follow up on the situation. Thankful for the team!

The experience with Greencare was good! Whatsapp response was fast and helpful. The guy that cane down to my flat unit was NAZ! Bro Naz is a professional pest controller with many years of experience in this industry. He was very friendly and chatted with us. He carefully checked the corners of my kitchen and cabinets and then placed in the bait gels and also spray the organic insecticide around the floor skirting. After Naz left, really got two mini cockroaches came out and died. Scary! Overall we recommend using Greencare and Naz! 👏💯

Naz, the pest control staff was very responsive and responsible. He will even message us to check on the condition of the house post fumigation, and he came twice after the fumigation to further spray some pesticide. Good aftercare service from this company and the staff. Will reccomend to others.

bedbugs made me sleepless for a long time. I found greencare by Google. The staff Julia Peh very patient explained how they did treatment and why they did so. And The technician Mr. Naz was expertise. He did very careful job. Takes his time no rash. Now after two treatments, a better living environment! I can sleep well at night.

Nas came down on 16 July to do the spraying and baiting treatment for my roach problem at home. He carefully inspected all the possible spots and advised on how to prevent roaches from entering my home. He also applied spray and gel baits at the strategic locations. The treatment was effective and killed some roaches in the following few days to a week. After 10days or so, my house was roach free and has been clear so far. Nas was very friendly and approachable, and would follow up with me in the weeks after treatment to see if I had any more concerns. Great service!

Coming home from dinner on a Saturday night and being greeted by a small swarm of wasps was scary! Called and texted to at least 5 to 7 pest control companies but none would pick up my call or reply my text. Tried Greencare next. The customer service representative, Jelline, was friendly and understood our situation. She informed us that she will do her best to look for an available pest control technician to handle our wasp problem. In the next 30 minutes, Azar came to our rescue! He professionally took care of the swarm of wasps and looked around to ensure there was no nest built. He also gave us advice on how to prevent wasps from building future nests in our living room. Thank you Mr Azar, Ms Jelline & Greencare! You came to our rescue when others wouldn’t respond to us. Highly recommend their service to anyone who has a pest situation.

After visiting to fix a small cockroach outbreak in my studio apartment, Naz took my number and followed up attentively in the following week to see if there were any still coming back. When I showed him pictures of some still returning, they came back for a second attempt free of charge, no questions asked. We think we have found the source now so fingers crossed it works this time, but thank you for the excellent customer service!

I m very pleased with the termites extermination service provided by Greencare Pest control. Each follow up arranged by Mark was prompt and carried out professionally. Technican Abu was very thorough in conducting his inspection, always ensuring that there is no new trace of termites. The termite bait was constantly replaced fortnightly until the entire nest was exterminated. Also appreciate the place was cleaned up after each service.

If I can give no star I would, the technician advised us to change doors due to termites issues. We heeded his advice and replaced 2 doors that cost us $2000+. After changing the doors the termites issue didn’t get resolved. Turned out the doors had nothing to do with the issue. It has been more than 3 months and it is still not addressed. Totally unprofessional. Will keep pursing for a resolution. Update 1 Feb: MD of the company called upon seeing my google review. As i had been misled by them to change my doors I asked the company to compensate me this amt. I am even willing to give them a chance and accept compensation in kind ie in terms of providing me with pest control services. To my frustration, the MD refuses to give full compensation arguing that i have got new doors now. Do I even want these new doors in the 1st place? This is poor damage control by the company and it is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from MD that is more in line with our expectations. Update 18 April: In case anyone is wondering if there is any update on this, there is none. I think the case is closed with no resolution. The lack of business ethics is disappointing.

Had annoying small cockroaches that came from the car into our home. They gassed the car and sprayed, gelled, baited the kitchen. The technician was careful as we had kids and a baby in the house. He also gave very good advice. The car was roach free immediately, smell took a few days to go away, but there was no lasting smell. It took a couple of months for the roaches in the kitchen completely dissappear, but finally those nasty pests seem to be completely gone! According to Danny it was because they don't use very strong stuff so it does take more time.

Professional and responsive pest control agency. Discovered the house had bad termite infestation over the Lunar New Year weekend. After approaching the hotline of a new companies, only they responded. Swiftly arranged for their technicians to come down to inspect immediately after Chinese New Year. However very poor follow up during reinfection. Have since approached another pest control company. Engage their services with care.

Engaged their pest control service twice. Each time for a different pest situation. Kenny from their sales team gave good customer service, very prompt in his replies and very helpful. Their technician that came down were also very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend if you need any pest control service.

Azri has helped us twice now and is super professional and detailed! The first time we had cockroaches in the kitchen and this time around it was ants. He was able to find where they were coming from both times and take care of the problem for us.

Not recommended at all. Paid for service to inspect the entire house but only had the kitchen inspected. The cockroach situation did not improve after a week, and they were very unresponsive when I called for follow-up support. When I finally managed to reach the coordinator, all he said was that the problem will not be solved immediately and asked me to consider getting their regular maintenance packages. Absolutely disappointed that they are more interested in making money. I've since engaged another company and the service has been so much better.

Hui Min was fast and helpful in scheduling and rescheduling due to delay in my renovation hacking. She was also very patient with the various questions that we had during the course of enquiry. Much appreciated! Azri educated us about the feeding and living habits of cockroaches and other house pest present, and helped to ensure that spraying of the chemical at critical areas of the house. When my gardeners found a hornet hive as big as a rugby ball in my tree, I was quite scared & called 3 firms for a quotation. Greencare’s was the lowest. Amir & Akhbar arrived promptly at dusk, put on their bee suits, killed the hornets & bagged the hive—all in 30 mins! Amir impressed me w his knowledge of hornet behaviour, having had 10 yrs of dealing w them. I highly recommend Greencare for its efficient hornet service & friendly, professional staff. They give you value for money & peace of mind for you & yr neighbours.
