Excellent pest control service! The team was professional, punctual, and explained the entire treatment process clearly. I got the cockroach treatment service from a staff member named Fauzi, and he did a very thorough job. He opened and inspected all of the drains in my house and found cockroaches inside one of them. He carefully disinfected the affected areas, checked around the kitchen in detail, and even treated the balcony and the area outside the entrance door thoroughly. I’m not sure if everything will be completely solved with just one treatment, but I really hope it will be effective. He also kindly explained several ways I can help prevent cockroaches on my own going forward.👍

We've engaged Origin Exterminators to our various pest concerns - specifically to EXTERMINATE rodents and minimize the population of the cockroaches in the estate. So much thanks to Den who extensively worked on eradicating the rodents and always informed us beforehand the measures to take before our estate becomes a harbourage for these pests. He gets things done and always put his heart in whatever he does. Good job, Den "The Exterminator"! good job, Origin!

Dear Origin Exterminator Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received during the recent pest control treatment at my residence on 09th Oct 2025. In particular, I was very impressed with the work performed by your service staff member, Mr Jamal. Jamal had demonstrated a high level of professionalism and passion for his work. He was attentive to my needs as a client and seemed very knowledgeable in addressing my specific concerns. He's an asset for the Company. Given the positive experience and Jamal's understanding of my property's requirements, I would like to respectfully request that he be assigned to my house for all future services. This would ensure consistency and avoid the need to reiterate my specific needs to different service personnel in the future. I would greatly appreciate it if management would consider and approve this request. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Best regards, Suffian

I’m a scaredy cat so didn’t take photos of the process! Anyway I engaged ORIGIN on a regular basis to keep the pests away. The older HDB flats have a central chute that’s like a party venue for roaches and ants and these sometimes trespass into my home and we start a territorial war. Today I had Jamal’s help and he was super thorough in his checks. He even scrapped off roach egg pouches around the internal part of the chute, near the cover. He even gave a quick lesson about types of roaches in Singapore and how to spot their trails. The price is also reasonable for the detailed checks, treatment etc. I was told each application lasts about 6 months. Well if it gives me peace of mind, then it’s all worth it!

I want to give a big thank you to Jamal from Origin Exterminators for his great work and attitude! He’s been incredibly patient and dedicated over the past few weeks, and thanks to his persistence and passion for what he does, he finally managed to catch the rat that’s been giving us trouble for months. Really appreciate how he always showed up with a positive attitude, it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers. He also consistently followed up with messages to check in and update which really showed his commitment. Great job and thank you once again, Jamal!

I want to thank Salman of Origin exterminators who came down to my place to investigate the source of rat entry from roof to false ceiling of bathroom. Salman did a good job of reassuring us and also went above and beyond by hunting the possible entry point of rodent into my home. It was not within his duty but he spent a lot of time and dedication to find out the problem for us. Actually he could have just recommended the typical solution of putting rat trap but he decided to help us find the source of entry. After solving the problem for us, there was another time I just contacted him to inquire about more questions regarding rodents and civets. He was professional to answer my questions speedily and help in whatever way he could. Really a big relief to me in a time of major stress dealing with unknown pest and it’s source. Thank you very much Salman! You are truly dedicated to your job and helped me think of this profession in a respectful mindset.

I recently engaged Origin for a rodent problem in my house and I’m very happy with the overall service. Raziman who was promptly on site the next day inspected the burrow and around the perimeter before explaining to me in details the rodent issue. He set the traps and told me to call them if a rat is caught. There was no rush and he further educated me on the type of rats and the prevention of rats getting into the house. Thank you Origin. 👍🏻

We had a terrible rat problem over the past years and early this year it was unbearable, as our bread loaves was eaten into, maggie mee and bee hoon packets were gnawed and torn open, and everything had to put into boxes to keep safe. We tried the rat glue. Caught one . Then they got smart and didn't get caught anymore. We had origin come in to help us with this Rat infestation. Since then we do not see any rats scurrying across the kitchen floor or noises behind our kitchen cabinets. Our food is safe and its not chewed into anymore. We are pleasantly surprised that we don't see any evidence of the rats for some months already. I'm truly amazed!!! Thank You Origin.

The standards of the servicing depends on the staffs that they deployed. Some staffs are really good and professional, some of them are clueless and inconfident. Next, their admin staffs are very blur and can mix up your contract requirements and requests. U need to double check your contract conditions during renewal and make sure everything is correct. In other words, you need to actively follow up with them, otherwise there will sure be problems.

I have been using Origin exterminators for a few years now for my general pest control. They have been good and responsive. Also have been using them for several termite treatments and they have been very effective. The operations manager Nicholas and their termite specialist Azman have been my main points of contact and they have been professional and knowledgeable. No reason to look for alternatives.

Selected Origin 10 yrs ago and never regretted our decision. When we first bought our place, it literally had termites and trails all over the house and even had visible tunnels along the side of the wall. Because the place has a jacuzzi, Origin recommended a non chemical approach (none of the other exterminators I spoke to pointed that out). It took a few months to get rid of the termites and we got hits every now and then from the markers they placed around the house but never had any problems internally since. Before I forget, they also have long serving and professional staff. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment for initial survey to be done. Came on time and the technician was good and thorough. Hope that the subsequent management programme will help. Looking forward to less rodents.
