Engaged Bingo Pest to help me investigate a possible roach situation in my house. Ivan was punctual and detailed and checked every nook and cranny of my house. He also readily shared useful tips on how to manage the situation. He was very helpful overall. A report was also provided after the visit. Haven't seen any roaches so far after that 🤞🏻

Saw good reviews abt Bingo Pest and decided to engage them. Shamsul is very detailed in helping me clear my bed bugs in my room. He even lifted my whole mattress for me, despite how heavy it was. Cost is reasonable too compared to a few Pest Control company.

Here’s a polished Google review that sounds genuine and highlights both the technical service and the follow-up support: I’d be happy to recommend the following: I had an excellent experience with Bingo Pest Pte Ltd, especially Ivan and Shamsul. They were professional, meticulous, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection. They carefully checked every room in our condo, including all the mattresses and other areas of concern, taking the time to explain what they were looking for and answering all of our questions patiently. Their attention to detail gave us confidence that nothing was overlooked. What truly set them apart, however, was their continued support before and after the onsite inspection. Ivan was always responsive and generous with his advice, helping us understand the situation, prioritize the right actions, and make the most of the critical “golden window” for treatment and prevention. That guidance gave us tremendous reassurance during what could have been a very stressful experience. A big thank you to Ivan, Shamsul, and the Bingo Pest team for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pest control company.

I discovered a termite issue on my bedroom door frame, and the wood had already become hollow. After contacting Bingo Pest and sending photos, they advised me to monitor the situation as there was likely a termite network inside the walls. True enough, more termites were found when workers removed the damaged door. Ivan responded immediately and arranged to come down the very same day. He was thorough, professional, and clearly explained the procedure, scope of work, and estimated timeline. He laid bait traps in two areas and returned several times to inspect, adjust, and replenish them. After five visits, the issue was finally given the all-clear. Ivan was also very careful and cleaned up the areas he worked on. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Ivan was great from start to finish. Flexi in timings, easy going and always willing to explain. No hard sell at all for packages or things like that. Treated termite problem with minimum fuss. I am reassured by the warranty so even if they come back, I just need to activate Ivan again. Bingo was also the most competitive in pricing too. Will happily call them again for pest problems.

Ivan is extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping with my cockroach issues. He was able to quickly identify the species and told me what kind of environment they like and most importantly how to prevent them from coming and breeding. He was also able to help me identify specific areas in my house that I should pay more attention to to help prevent any further breeding of cockroaches. He responded quickly to my enquiry and was able to come down the next day to help me. After the inspection he also sent me photos of exactly where and what needs to be done. Highly highly recommended to everyone that is looking for a professional pest control company to help with your issues.

Thank you Raj!!! I’m so happy with their service and how attentive he was. I’m genuinely very happy and highly recommend their service! All areas (whole house including our balcony were treated and I asked for additional treatment everywhere since I’m super scared of these insects, he kindly did so and explained to me the process and what would happen, where they come from etc. The best part was less than 30 minutes of him leaving we found one cockroach dying in the middle of the kitchen floor! Very effective and fast! So pleaseddddd Thank you!!!

I thought I had a controlled roach issue. It was small tiny roaches that came in through the kitchen window a year ago when it was dark. I used baits and ultrasonic pest control. I didn’t see any in the day so I stopped for 2-3 months. One night I saw 30+ tiny roaches on my kitchen counter. The same the next night I woke up and catch them, they were too quick and I started calling a few pest control companies that was in the top 11 Seth Lui list and top 5 expat choice. I went with Bingo Pest as it’s the only company that I called that offered to come for an inspection then identify the roach type and explain which is the best solution for my issue The company arrange Shamsul to come the next day; very grateful. He misted my entire place including all cabinets with a food and pet safe chemical. He showed me where I need to fill with silicon..After he was done he gave me a call, showed me that the roaches came out and I can lock up and let the magic work. He even kindly sprayed my front door when I ask so they know to avoid this unit. I came back after 3.5 hours lots of dead bodies and the live ones were weak and all could be caught. It is day 4 and I still see dead bodies popping up and the few live ones. I am so glad that I went with Bingo Pest.

Very high integrity. Super honest & helpful guy called Ivan - Came down to our Condo building, assessed Termite Infestation, honestly recommended that it's a problem within the building (Water Seepage) that needs to be addressed by Condo Management (MCST) and THEIR pest control. This is what people want - Help and not trying to be sold. 5 stars.

Ivan was an incredible help!! 100% recommend Bingo. We had some pest under our sink, which we suspected were termites. Ivan came down to check and confirmed that thankfully it wasn’t, and he was super helpful and clear in explaining the next steps for us and didn’t push us to engage them for services. The experience built our trust in them and we’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for pest control services.

Really thankful to Bingo Pest Pte. Ltd. for their excellent service and support during a very stressful bed bug situation in my daughter’s room. Ivan was extremely prompt and responsive, arranging for a specialist to come down within just a few hours. Raj, who carried out the residual spraying, was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout. He also took the time to inspect our other bedrooms for added reassurance. After we still found live bugs and nests during cleaning the following day, Raj returned for a second spraying out of goodwill. What we appreciated most was their responsiveness, understanding, and genuine care during such a stressful time. I’ll definitely recommend Bingo Pest Pte. Ltd. for their great service.

I’m very satisfied with the pest control service. Ivan Lim was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. Last night around 2am, I had a terrible experience with a large rat—like something out of Ratatouille—running around my house. I’ve lived here for over 20 years and have never encountered anything like this, so it was quite shocking. I wasn’t sure where this uninvited guest came from. While searching on Google, I came across this company, and Ivan promptly attended to my situation. Although the fee was a bit on the expensive side, I decided it was worth it to resolve the issue properly. Ivan set up sticky boards, and within just a few hours, the pest was successfully caught. It was a huge relief. Overall, this is a reliable and professional company. I would fully recommend them to anyone dealing with pest problems.

Overall, Professional yet thoughtful service of bees removal by Bingo Pest Pte Ltd! Firstly, my call was promptly returned by Ivan. Secondly, Noh arrived within an hour. He calmly and clearly explained the procedure, then specifically showed what and how he had eradicated the matter. Very assuring! Thirdly, Noh ensured that the situation is well resolved by sealing off any potential entry points, as well as cleaning any remaining bees / stings on the floor and helped to move back the bedroom furniture. Finally, Noh elaborated on what to expect and do after such process. THANK YOU!
